Line and Pore Corrector is similar in formula to most foundation primers, but Becca went the extra mile by including a few antioxidants (and in packaging to keep them stable, too). This sheer, flesh-toned product leaves a silky matte finish on the skin. That doesn’t correct pores in the least but it feels soothing and soft.

Minimize lines and visibly refine large pores with this soft focus effect primer. Packed with anti-oxidants and anti-inflammatory ingredients the silky oil-free formulation provides an exceptionally smooth base for concealer, lip-liner, lipstick and eye shadow application. This clever product can also be used as a liquid powder for simple, on-the-go shine reduction. With active ingredients vitamins A and E, and essential fatty acids Linoleic and Linolenic, it is paraben, preservative and fragrance-free.

Brand Overview

Becca At-A-Glance

Australian import Becca is a complete line of color cosmetics from makeup artist Rebecca Morrice Williams. As the story goes, Rebecca, like so many women, was having difficulty finding the perfect foundation. It seems her professional experience making up women of varying skin tones and preferences shared one truth: all women wanted perfect skin. This set Williams on her path to creating what would become the Becca line.

While there are a number of excellent foundations here, what seems to have catapulted the brand onto the map is their numerous highlighter products. From liquids to powders, there are an incredible range of options in their luminizer categories, and many are superb.

Surveying the rest of this line revealed that Williams not only did her homework for foundation shades, the eyeshadows are amazingly silky, and many of their products for lips and cheeks are exemplary. Lastly, almost all of the makeup brushes from Becca are aces, and the options plentiful, especially for eye designs.

Strengths: Excellent concealers, foundations, highlighters and eyeshadows; good lip gloss; several outstanding brushes.

Weaknesses: Beats us, this is a strong collection of products.

Becca is available at Sephora, Ulta and via their Web site.
