Hydrating Revitalizing Mist doesn’t hydrate well and the amount of witch hazel it contains isn’t revitalizing, it’s a potential skin irritant.

Also worth mentioning is the very small size for what’s little more than a spray-on, water-based toner. It contains a decent mix of standard hydrating ingredients and the honeysuckle is a notable anti-irritant but we’d rather see more of those types of ingredients and zero witch hazel!

As long as you realize this isn’t as much of a value as it seems and that the formula isn’t nutrient-rich as claimed, this can be an OK option that omits fragrance (the rosemary extract doesn’t add a scent) and in that sense is actually better than many other toners we’re aware of! Still, you can find better, more affordable (on an ounce-per-ounce basic) toners on our list of Best Toners.

  • Contains some good (though basic) hydrating ingredients.
  • Fragrance-free.

Cons:

  • Unusually small size for a spray-on toner, so the price isn’t as good as it seems.
  • Amount of witch hazel extract poses a risk of irritation.
