Studio HD Blush has a fluid, liquid-cream texture that is dispersed from a pump bottle. A little goes a long way with these richly pigmented shades, which come in hues of pink and berry. Initially, the colors appear to be intense, but as you blend, the color melds with the skin for a sheer pop of color, and successive layers provide a brighter hue for a more noticeable look. Plus, the color stays put once set and you can count on hours of wear.

FYI: The "Vitamin E-enriched formula" that E.L.F. makes a big deal about is overhyped, especially considering that the Vitamin E is present in such a teeny-tiny amount and in this kind of packaging, it won't stay stable anyway.

Tip: When blending this over a liquid foundation, use a light touch so as not to disrupt the foundation. Finish with a dusting of powder.
