This cream concealer dispensed from a click pen with a sponge-tip applicator has a medicinal scent from the tea tree oil it contains. Although tea tree oil can help kill acne-causing bacteria, the amount needed must be higher than what’s likely included here. The formula is medicated with 1% salicylic acid, but the concealer’s pH is too high for it to function as an exfoliant. Moreover, the formula contains potent skin irritant camphor oil, and with this it becomes impossible to recommend.

Even if the problematic ingredient wasn’t present, this thick-textured concealer looks heavy and opaque on skin; no one will believe you’re not using something substantial to cover a zit, and most will find leaving the zit without makeup is the better option! Also, this concealer’s heavy-looking finish mightily magnifies large pores.
