This loose-powder eyeshadow is messy to apply because it drips everywhere (including onto the skin below the eyes), and the finely milled pigments grab skin unevenly. Despite claims that this is a “pigment-rich” eyeshadow, the colors go on sheer and require extra layering to build intensity. The shade selection is a mixed bag of classic and trendy colors, all of which have a nice matte finish, but they tend to dissipate as the day wears on. This loose eyeshadow really isn’t worth the trouble; pressed eyeshadows are much easier to use.
