Refissa is a prescription topical drug that contains the vitamin A ingredient tretinoin. The fragrance-free cream has a silky texture and its concentration is higher than that of Renova, which also has tretinoin as its active ingredient. Note that the concentration of tretinoin in Refissa is one some may find intolerable. If you decide to use this prescription retinoid, pay close attention to unwanted side effects. For more information about tretinoin, please click on Retinoids from the Master Brand List.
Active: Tretinoin 0.05% Inactive: BHT, Citric Acid Monohydrate, Edetate Disodium, Light Mineral Oil, Dimethicone, Methylparaben, Propylparaben, Water, Sorbitol *Note: Because this is a drug product, the inactive ingredients do not have to be (and in this case are not) listed in descending order.
