Exfoliating Facial Wipes carry on Simple's tradition of simple, gentle cleansing formulas and while that's great, there are a couple of significant drawbacks that keep us from recommending these fragrance-free cleansing cloths.
The big obstacle is how the cloths themselves feel: They're thinner than most cleansing cloths, and rougher, too—they actually feel scratchy on skin, as if you're removing makeup with a damp paper towel. Not too soothing!
Speaking of makeup removal, these cloths fail there, too, at least when it comes to taking all your eye makeup off. The extra effort for unsatisfactory results plus the rough feel these cleansing cloths have make the cleansing experience far from luxurious!
One more comment: Due to the less effective nature of these cloths and their smaller size, you'll likely need more than one per use, which means you'll go through the entire package in a coupe of weeks. So, despite their low price, these aren't much of a beauty bargain—or a great idea for anyone's skin! See our list of Best Cleansers for superior options.
