This is a good, lightweight moisturizer with an in-part zinc oxide sunscreen. Despite the moisturizing claims, it isn't all that hydrating. Those with dry skin will likely find this does not quite cut it; however, those with normal to slightly dry or slightly oily skin are bound to love this lotion's silky texture and smooth finish. The fragrance-free formula contains mostly standard ingredients, but they did include a tiny amount of vitamin-based antioxidants. All told, this is worth considering and the price makes it almost irresistible!

California-based specialty grocer chain Trader Joe's isn't the first place you may think of when shopping for skin care, and rightly so: the bulk of this store's inventory is, not surprisingly, foods and beverages. However, they've recently ventured into sun care and offer a couple of worthwhile, inexpensive sunscreens. Neither formula is knock-your-socks-off spectacular, but both provide reliable UVA protection and are quite the beauty bargain to boot. If you have a Trader Joe's in your neighborhood, the sunscreens are definitely worth a look, especially if you have a family to cover from head to toe during summer months when more of us are outdoors for long periods of time.
