Colorado is dry and my lips have always been prone to feeling tight - so I wear a lip moisturizer every day, all day. I've tried everything ... and the only lipscreen/lip-moisturizer I can do is this one! It's easy to use, wears well for hours, feels moisturizing and protecting, and is an all-around winner.

I was expecting this product to have no perfume. It does though and I can assure you that it smells really nice. However , it leaves a horrible taste in my mouth and throat. Very disappointing!

Fabulous lip balm BUT my most recent tube of this fell apart less than halfway through. The balm fell out of the dispenser tube -- right into a big pile of dirt!

I was looking for a product that would protect my lips from the sun and also keep my lipstick from bleeding while wearing. This lip balm is great! It's not too slick and makes it easy to apply lipstick on top of it. My lip color stays on and my lips are smooth and protected - a winner!

This is the only lip balm I currently use. I've been experimenting with different lip balms for years. I've tried everything from handmade balms from small, fair trade shops to the cheap chapstick near the checkout line in a supermarket. PC's lip balm is my favorite. A few others have come close, but they had fragrance, which I am sensitive to or they would be great in every way but not have sun protection. This lip balm is fragrance free and I have not noticed a taste. I noticed it is long lasting because I like to keep my lip balm on me at all times, and with this one I do not have to reapply frequently. I was using Burt's Bees religiously before PC, but I was needing to apply it way too often (at least 10 times per day). I will continue exploring with other lip balms -as someone who wears minimal makeup, it is one of my favorite accessories- but I'm glad I have this as my go to! Bonus: it has SPF 50. It's a win all around.

Unpleasant Taste & Disappointing Customer Service

Comments about LIPSCREEN SPF 50 - 4.40 gr:

This lip balm has the typical chemical "sunscreen" smell and taste that you find in any drugstore brand. I was hoping it would truly be fragrance free but it was not. If you are sensitive to this smell and/or simply dislike it, do not waste your money.

I hoped to return this balm and exchange it for the lip & body balm, which I like very much. The lip & body balm is more expensive, so I fully expected to pay the difference. I called Customer Service and was disappointed when the rep said she couldn't help me over the phone. Instead, I needed to go online, fill out a return form, and mail my product back in a bubble wrap envelope. Knowing that I would never make the effort to buy a bubble wrap envelope to return a tube of balm, I simply threw the product away. Lesson learned.

Comments about LIPSCREEN SPF 50 - 4.40 gr:

This is the highest sun protection you can get while still being cosmetically elegant. I lost my first tube of this the day after I got it and wasted no time in ordering more! It's that good. The only issue is that the chemical filters aren't the best available. Avobenzone is stabilized by octocrylene, but both of them, as well as the remaining octisalate degrade with light exposure, penetrate the skin, and are possibly harmful. I'd prefer either a purely mineral formulation or one with Tinosorb and/or Uvinul. I'll be happily repurchasing this one until that dream comes true, though!

I use chapstick on a daily basis and bought this to try out with my last order. This has become my new favorite chapstick. It leaves a nice even coat when applied and I love the spf. I've also found that with this chapstick I don't have to apply it as often as my old ones.

This is the best lip balm I've ever used. I didn't know my lips could NOT peel, until I used this. No peeling, I'm quite happy. I do wish there was a non-SPF version I could apply at night.
