Directions: Apply using your finger, the wand applicator, or a concealer brush (Paula's Choice has an excellent
Concealer Brush) to transfer the concealer in small dots or a light coat of color under the eye area. Depending on the technique you prefer, you can apply foundation first, then concealer or vice versa. Many women notice that they end up using less concealer if they apply their foundation first. If you use a brush to apply concealer, it helps to use one that is synthetic (natural hairs will absorb the moisture from the concealer and can apply it unevenly) and has a tapered end. It should be firm but not scratchy. Place a dab of concealer on the brush and dab it on the darkest areas first. Use light pressure and keep your brush strokes small and controlled, almost as if you were "pressing" the concealer onto the skin. Once the product is on the skin, flip the brush over to the "clean" side and use this to lightly blend the concealer. Then, if you need a bit more, flip the brush again and use what is left from your initial application. Blend gently along the undereye area using either your finger, a sponge (the sponge can be dry or slightly damp, depending on your blending preference), or a concealer brush. Concentrate the greatest amount of concealer over the darkest areas, and "feather" the edges so the concealer imperceptibly fades into the surrounding (non-dark) skin. If the skin under the eyes is dry and/or wrinkled, it does help to apply a lightweight moisturizer prior to concealer. Be aware that if the moisturizer is too greasy or applied too heavily, it will cause slippage of the concealer into facial lines. No Slip Concealer can also be used to cover blemishes, but keep in mind that if the blemish is inflamed or raised, there is only so much any concealer can do. Piling too much concealer on a blemish will look strange and only draw attention to what you are trying to hide. If the blemish has developed a scab or crust, do not apply any concealer as this will assuredly make it look worse. Generally, if you wear a foundation, the concealer color should be one to two shades lighter than your foundation shade. Used alone, the concealer should match your skin color as closely as possible. Concealer is also known as "highlighter" and can be used to do just that on the brow bone, the center of the chin, or in the creases that form from the sides of the nose to the mouth. Remember that light colors bring forward, darks recede!

I would just like to say how much I love your All Bases Covered Foundation, No Slip Concealer and Healthy Finish Pressed Powder. I have tried a lot of makeup over the years and these are the only products that both match my VERY light skin tone and don't feel heavy or cakey on my face. I cannot tell I am wearing them, even after having them on all day. Plus, the sun protection is great. Thank you!

Won over by this concealer
I have never been a concealer fan. Most of them are too cakey or heavy for my acne-prone skin. Also, I am very fair, and a lot of the concealers on the market are just too dark. Yours is perfect. Doesn't break me out, covers my dark circles, and doesn't cake up. Great product at a good price.

(really) no slip concealer
This concealer is tops! It really doesn't crease or make my eyeshadow streaky. It covers well and doesn't irritate my eyes even when I wear contact lenses. Love the sponge tip applicator as well.

I just love this concealer. It goes on quickly, easily, and the coverage is perfect. It also lasts the full work day!

Good concealer, but not quite right for me.
When I compared the two Paula's Choice concealers, I originally thought I'd like this one. I wanted to use it on under-eye circles and for covering red spots or imperfections. I was a little hesitant because it seemed to be more highly recommended for those with oily skin. I think that is probably accurate. I had some difficultly getting it to spread evenly, but once I got the hang of it, it worked well. I used it to cover up dark eye circles, as eye shadow primer, and to cover imperfections. I have very dry skin and have since purchased Paula's Choice Soft Cream Concealer, which works like a dream for me!!

Needs Improvement
Great color but cakey and nearly impossible to blend. wand picks up too much product, resulting in overly heavy application and messy tube. Better than most (and I still wouldnt switch), but not up to my expectations of a Paula product.

Great Concealer..especially for acne.
This concealer works great covering blemishes. It really doesn't "slip". Not greasy either. I love that because I have VERY oily skin. Thanks for the great product!

Disappointed
I'm sorry to say that I am very disappointed with this concealer. I was really hoping that this could be an alternative to my favorite (and now discontinued) 16-Hour Concealer by Almay. While the color is great (no small feat considering how pale I am), blending is impossible, no matter how quickly you work, and the finish looks cakey and uneven from the moment you put it on. I so wanted to love this product, but unfortunately, the search continues...

Disappointing!
This is the first disappointing thing that I've ordered from PC! I have dark purple circles under my eyes, and I was hoping this would conceal those well--but it didn't conceal them any better than any other concealer I've tried, and it doesn't blend at all well. So I'm still on the search for something that really will cover dark circles. . .

Best Concealer Ever
This is hands down the best concealer I've ever tried for my acne blemishes. It goes on easily and smoothly, and it seriously does not budge. I have a tendency to touch my face a lot, and other concealers are always gone by the middle of the day. This concealer is still happily in place through the evening. And it washes off easily with cleanser!
