just got 7 set trail size 4 skin recovery. The samples are tiny tear-thru packages that good for one time use. Was expecting 30ml sizes Customer Care: Sample sizes are designed for customers to have a first hand look at how the product will feel on their skin and if any irritation occurs. It is not meant to be used to show results or multiple uses.

I think the sample sizes are very tiny for the money they are charging. They should aleast provide 5 -10 ml sizes. Great
I got 2 uses out of these samples. I'm not sure why people are saying one. They must waste a lot of it. This is a great way to try these products. I tried them, and I like them. They are great...even for my dry, extra senstive skin!

Great Idea!
These samples are great for overnight trips or to allow a customer to try a product before buying. I really, REALLY want Paula to bring back the travel kits that came in refillable bottles! Since I travel for a week or two at a time, the bottles were the perfect size to take with me.

Great products
I don't think that the price for this is unreasonable at all. I got at least two uses out of each packet, sometimes three. Other people must have used too much- it ususally only takes a quarter-sized dollop of each product (sometimes even less) to do the job. Be glad that this company offers sample sizes- most don't. I think that the Skin Recovery line is fantastic for very dry skin.

Need larger samples
The products I received were of good quality and I tried to use them as much as possible, but most of the packets didn't last longer than 1 or 2 uses. As I have rosacea and acne, it takes around a week for me to see how my skin will react. Would appreciate bigger sizes so I can be sure they work for me...then I will be happy to buy the fuller sets. I gave a one only for the size of the packets. Customer Care Response: We appreciate your comments and will share them with our Product Development Team. Not suitable for Rosacea
There is a disconnect between the regular sized set of the Skin Recovery regimen and the trial pack and it's a pretty large oversight. This trial pack contains Glycolic Acid which is not in any way, shape or form appropriate for Rosacea skin. The regular sized kit comes with Salycilic Acid which is appropriate for Rosacea. I would hate to be the person with Rosacea who uses the AHA on her skin only to feel her cheeks sting and burn. Also, one day is not enough of a trial period. It can take two or three days to see if a product breaks you out or not. One say only shows if you have an immediate reaction to the products. Customer Care: Thank you for sharing your feedback about the Skin Recovery System (full and sample sizes). While we do list Salicylic Acid as an option along with some Skin Recovery products on solutions page for Rosacea, the 8% Glycolic Acid is the exfoliant we list for the actual Skin Recovery System (both full and sample sizes). Essentially, Glycolic Acid is a great option for exfoliating skin that may be drier and not have any issues below the surface. Love the Items
Love the items, packaging could be improved. The glue that holds the packets to the card covered the instructions as to the details of how and when to use the item. I would love to purchase mini sizes that could be used more than one time and could be refillable from larger sizes. This would be ideal for travel and for those of us who would like to try the items for atleast one week.

Need for travel sizes
I find these little packets are not at all useful for a short trip. I have found various small travel jars and use those, but they are not really as good as travel size packaging would be. Please Paula, so many of us need these, you have convinced me of the need for proper packaging! Help.

Great Samples - Great Products
I get 3 uses from each sample. Don't need much of quality products. My 50+ skin already shows signs of improvement, not feeling so tight like from other products. Just use scissors to cut off small corner of packet so you don't waste it. Plus, with the $5 gift card with each sample, you can't beat the price!!

What's with all the complaints about size? I think the price is fair for 1-2 day's worth of seven different products. Plus, you get your money back in the form of a $5 gift certificate. More than fair to me.
