Lasts on brow but package dries out in days
As a brow pencil it works well - sad to say I have tried it in several different purchases hoping it is improved and always the same - it dries out within days!
I though that I might try again with this purchase but from the reviews, this is one product Paula is not changing despite the negative reviews.
Yes,is does last on the brow but it DOES NOT LAST more than a few uses then DRIES OUT.
Please look into this because it is a good product.

Love this but.....
I have tried pencils and powders, but this pen is the best product I have found! It stays on and looks natural...BUT, like others, I have found that it doesn't last long enough. After only a few weeks it seemed to run out steam, and applying again to get enough to cover, i.e. applying 2nd or 3rd coat, resulted in clumping. I love it but wish it would last longer! The Best I Have Tried
After reading the reviews I ordered Browlistic Brow Color. Knowing the problems mentioned in the review, I ran hot water over the applicator then turned it upside down in a short, small bud vase. The next day I once again ran hot water over it, then shook it. I keep it stored upside down and I have had no problem. I will order this product again. The light brown color is perfect for my med to dark brown eyebrows.

Needs some help
The color on this is perfect for light blonde and browninsh hair, but after about one or two applications, it dries out. even though I store tight and with pen top down, I still don't get nearly enough application out of it. Anastasia brow pen is much longer lasting. MUCH! But Paula's color is better. Just wish it lasted longer. I could honestly buy one a month to replace it correctly, but who spends 11.00 a month on a brow pen?

Browlistic Long-Wearing Precision Brow Color
This is an awesome product! I have thin eyebrows, and need something to make them look fuller. Browlistic does the trick, its smooth, silky, natural, and lasts a long time. My tube lasted 10 months! Highly recommend it!

Just wanted to let you know my experience with this product. I give it a 5 for the great application while it lasts, however, the tip dries out quickly and product does not last very long - a week or two. Have tried it several times to make sure it was not a one-time-happening, however, it happened every time. There are other brands that apply excellent and last for an appropriate amount of time. I like other Paula's products and would rather purchase this item from you but you need to rework this item first.

I left a negative review for this product a few months ago. It's gone. I wonder if favorable reviews are ever removed? I love this product however, it died out on my within a few weeks of use. I use a very little bit for a few hairs that are missing and fills in wonderfully, but Paula...you have got to start listening to the complaints about how it dries up. I keep it tipped downwards, I always make certain the lid is tight...but still nothing comes out. Brow Enhancer for sure
I used to have thinning eyebrows and found that this product worked really well in filling them out. The brown color works for medium to dark brows, and the effect lasts until you take it off. It does require a bit of patience a steady hand to apply so be not in a hurry for best results.

Too Flimsy...
The "felt tip" decription of this pen is very deceiving. The point has no firmness to is and flops over like a brush. I like to feather in color on my sparse brows but this has to be pressed hard to produce any color. The result is a splotch of color where I want just a thread. doesn't last long enough!
This product is amazing; I love it! However, like other users, I find it runs out after a few weeks; I have to coax the product out of the tube; I store it "upside down;" and I keep a supply on hand because I never know when it will quit on me. Tube Doesn't Last Long Enough
I love the product, but the contents just doesn't last very long; 3 weeks max and there is nothing left to dispense. I was interested to read other comments regarding a similar subject. I have medium blonde hair, so I use the Light Brown Browlistic. I've previously used brow pencils and powders, but this Browlistic Precision brow color is SO much better, especially in photos of me it looks far better than when I've used a powder or pencil. Note: I haven't had the applicator problems that some others have had.

I am adding a post script to my initial rave review: I am now on my third Browlistic and I continue to love the effect of the product. HOWEVER, I consistently have difficulty with the applicator brush, it is the same every time I purchase. I now know that I need to use a dab of makeup remover to clean the brush before and even during use. I find this to be cumbersome and would have given up by now if I didn't love the look. Does not work on gray/white eyebrows
I love Paula's products for the most part, but the Precision Brow Color does not work on white/gray brows. Browlistic Brow Color
I have never needed brow color until now. I am in chemotherapy and have lost most of my eyebrows. This is the only product I have been able to find that works. It goes on easy, stays on, looks natural. I just ordered 3 more to get me through until my brows (hopefully) grow back. Even when they do grow back, I will probably continue to use it just to define and polish. Wonderful product, thank you!

Great Product, Terrible Packaging
In many ways, I have nothing new to add to what others have already written. The product itself is FANTASTIC. The liquid adds definition the eye brow. Its color is rather light (i.e., not overly intense or deep), but the product is buildable for enhanced definition--something that, to my mind, is a plus point, in that it means more control in achieving the desired depth of eyebrow color. Moreover, the products is actually water resistant and does stay put through a long work day. That said, the packaging does not live up to the wonderfulness of the product. Less than a week after starting to use Browlistic, I noticed it was becoming increasingly difficult to coax the liquid out of the applicator. I have tried all sorts of tricks to help restore it to its original amazingness--e.g., wiping off the brush with a wet cloth, wiping with a damp cloth, applying more pressure, applying less pressure, throwing it against the mirror in the bathroom. I really struggled with what rating to give this product. In the end, I shouldn't have to finagle the product out of the dispenser after a mere week. Moreover, well, a cosmetic product can only be as good as its system of delivery, and the dispenser, in this case, really detracts from what is otherwise a real winner. The best!!!
I have used soooo many different eyebrow penciles and powders, but this is something else! I have never had an eyebrow product that truly would stay on all day long and would come off so easy when you wash your face at night. I did not believe that it could be so cheap and so good till I used it myself. I just bought one more for myself and one for my sister and one for my mom and one for my niece. I want to introduce them to this wonderfull product.

Works Much Better than a Pencil
I've used two Browlistic pens and plan to continue ordering. I find it easier to control than a brow pencil...easier to "feather" and looks more natural. I use it to fill in gaps. My sister came to my house and mistook it for an eyeliner and she loved it for that purpose also!

Just ordered 2 more as this is THE most natural looking brow product I've ever tried! The light brown looks just right with my medium brown, spotty brows. I have light gold-ish brown hair. If the color's right for you, I can't imagine you won't love this!

Can't live without it.
While there are other eyebrow products that look just like this one, they just aren't the same. Everything from the applicator brush, the color, and the consistency is just superior. It does stay ALL day. I even use it as eyeliner under my eyes. Even though I have medium brown hair, I find the light brown color to be best for me.

lasts morning to night
I use the lighter color.Only eye brow product I have ever used that doesn't budge till I take it off. The reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is cauuse there is a very slight geenish cast,but I just use a litle powder over it and I have sweat and oil proof brows from 5 am till 8 pm (when I take take it off). I have oily skin , and an active job. Have tried many other products which I liked, but did not have all day staying power. Paula keep up the great work you are doing!

Fantastic Eyebrows
The Browlistic Long-Wearing Brow Color goes on easily and stays on, even if I sweat. I was worried it would run and it does not. My eyesbrows are a nice shade and look realistic - not like they a painted on or tattooed on. I'm ditching my eye brow pencils, wax based pencils and powders. This product works exceptionally well for me!

The best one I've seen!!
I had an accident when I was 5 years old in a car where a small part of my eyebrow never grew back. I've tried many brow pencils and even mascara and nothing comes close to this!!! I'd been searching for a product that is very natural looking but still filled it in, and this is it!! A little bit goes a long way and my brows finally look naturally pretty and thick. Very nice but would like darker color
This is an elegant formulation that wears well. The texture was more watery than I expected, but I think it helps it look more natural. However, I have dark brown eyebrows and would love this to be a shade darker.

Nice control for a natural look that last....
Stellar product! I can control how much I define my brows this- a light touch of filling in a tiny bare spot...or light strokes to add height to my arch that looks incrediable natural. I've used this as an eye liner also- very nice soft day look. My hair and skin coloring is similiar to Jennifer Aniston's and the lighter shade is perfect for me. Thank you Paula's Choice team!!

When I first received the brow color, I was thrilled. It worked better than anything else. But just a couple weeks later and it seems to be empty. I am wondering if I received an old tube. Bring Back Super Fine Pencil
Like others, I find this product runs out much too quickly. Paula's Ultra-Thin Eye & Brow pencil was a far superior product! I bought several when they were discontinued and have almost used up my last one. Can't find anything to compare. Please bring it back! (Or recommend a comparable product?)

Home Run!
I have tried just about every product that there is to fill in my brows. I like the natural look of a powder, but not the staying powder. Pencils, waxes and gels have never looked natural on me. This product is the best of all possible worlds. The thin applicator tip means I can add very thin strokes that go in the direction of each individual hair's growth. The result is natural and it definitely doesn't smudge. As a shade note, I have what I would call medium brown hair, and I bought the light brown, which is perfect for me.

Best Brow Product Ever!
I'm 63 and a makeup fiend, so I've used a lot of brow pencils and powders, but this is my favorite. The tiny tip allows you to draw in little eyebrow "hairs" that fill in where you need them, and look totally natural. You do need to store the pen vertically with the brush tip DOWN so that the color is on the tip when you're ready to use it. Love this product.

Who ever gets eyebrow compliments
Due to thyroid problems, I have very sparse eyebrows. I have tried many different eyebrow pencils and they either break when sharpened or don't last. This is a unique and very effective brow color. I'm blonde and the light brown is still light enough. Two people told me I have nice brows when I wore it... Go figure.

Great natural looking brows
This is a great product and the only reason I didn't give a 5 out of 5 was that it doesn't cover white and gray hairs in the brow. However, it does fill in sparse brows with a very natural look and you can oolor the white and gray hairs with a brow tint. This product wears well all day long.

Browlistic so-so
I have lost all the hairs on 3/4's of my brows due to menopause. I've been using the light brown color. This product does stay on all day, but it's shiny on my bare skin and takes me 15-20 minutes to apply to get the color deep enough. Still, it's the only product that lasts on me, but I really don't like the shine. Any suggestions for browless, bare skin people?

I had used an eyebrow pencil that PC used to sell and loved it. Since that is no longer available, I decided to try this product. I don't care for it. It is hard to apply correctly (for me at least), and it looks a little fakey. Wish Paula would bring back her eyebrow pencil

FABULOUS!!!!!
I love this product! It's applicator makes eyebrow designing simple and quick. You can wear it as its lightest and sheerest or it can be layered for more color intensity. Once it's dried/set, it does not fade or move. The neutral color base works very well for me, however, I know it can look just awful for redheads. Hopefully, Paula and staff won't mind me giving the following tip for your redhead fans: NYX Cosmetics product EYEBROW MARKER works great for my clients with red hair. Once dried/set, its base tone is red. The base is not crayon red, but it definitely is red compared to the neutral base of BROWLISTIC. I agree with Paula that it's difficult to find a full range of NYX's products at stores, however, I found EYEBROW MARKER at an Ulta store near me. It is also available at NYX's website. Paula and staff, thanks again for BROWLISTIC ... the best brow design product I've ever used!!!

Wonderful Product
I've tried using pencils to fill in my eyebrows and it always looked false enough that I never wore it out in public. But this blends in and looks completely natural. And oddly enough to say, it's fun to apply! The little brush tip makes it very easy. Another great product from Paula.

I buy one or two Browlistic pencils almost every time I order from Paula because it is without doubt THE BEST brow product I've ever used. My brows are thin, uneven and greying. More versatile than you think
I bought this for my eyebrows but am using it for eyeliner. It gets right next to my lashes and goes on perfectly! The best eyeliner I ever used though it wasn't made for that purpose. I hope Paula will consider making it in black.

I love this product. I have sparse, dark blonde brows and this is the best thing I have ever used! I am also a make-up artist and have tried many products(waxes, powders, pencils, and stencils). Nothing works like this. I have natural looking brows again! The marker takes practice and you have to do short, light strokes in natural lighting. Change Container?
I've been using this product since it came out and love it! I tell everyone I meet without eyebrows about it and how I use it; however, I have found when replacing the lid, eventually I bend the bristles back and then continues until I don't have enough bristles to use it; is it possible to repackage it? I have ordered this twice hoping the first time was a fluke. Both times had the same experience: loved everything about it BUT the pen dried up within a 2 weeks and it's useless. I love this product. I used to use pencil to fill in the sparse areas of my brows, but half way through the day it would be gone. This stays put all day long and the Medium Brown color matches my brows perfectly.

Best Brow Product I've Ever Tried
Like another reviewer, I destroyed my brows by over-plucking in my teens. No brow makeup has ever looked natural enough until I tried this one...it's perfect, just what I needed for my thin salt & pepper brows. I use this first, then apply Paula's brow "mascara" to the sparse brow hairs I have left.

I can't believe this product! I have medium blond eyebrows, so virtually everything looks obvious on me, except of course my natural brow color, which is just not dark enough. I have tried quite a few things - pencils, waxes, powders, mascara wand applied brow colors... Browlistic (in light brown) is so incredibly natural that you can't tell it's there, yet just a few strokes of it make such a difference for my whole face. Never remove this from the line - it's magical!

almost perfect
I had tried the light brown which on me turned green/ashy. So I received the medium brown and even though it is a true brown with no red, it is too dark for me, even with a light hand. If you're looking for a dark brown color this is it. It is so easy to apply giving very realistic brows. It is absolutely smuge proof, I wear this overnight and it's completely on in the morning BUT if it gets wet in the shower, swimming or sweaty and you wipe it, it will come off. As long as it remains dry, it stays on. This would be the PERFECT brow product if the color worked for me. I hope Paula changes the light brown to less green/ashy.

I ordered the light and med. shades and neither provide enough color/coverage for my medium color brows. Th reviews sounded so great, but I am so disappointed! I use many of Paula's products and this is a real "no"! Great concept, however.

As a dark brunette, I was skeptical. Most brow products are either too brown or too black for me. Paula has surpassed herself with this product. Extremely easy to apply, and you can layer it up for day or night. So natural looking! And here's the kicker - I even use it for an undereye eyeliner, and it gives a very soft, casual look. I have 2 problems - eyebrows that have half disappeared, and white hairs in the remaining half. I use this to draw in the missing half, and the eye brow gel liner to cover the white hairs. So much better than reqular pencil for both problems!

Please fix applicator
This is a great concept but unfortunately the applicator doesn't work the way it should. The product dispenses unevenly. It's often difficult to get any product out, and when it does come out it often beads up on the brush and comes out in little clumps. Really wish Paula would fix this.

This color is GREEN!!! I'm not kidding. Under INDOOR lights it's a perfect neutral brown but under the SUN it is GREEN!! Those who gave a positive review better go outside and check the color. Will return.

All I can say is Thanks Paula! I have light skin and very dark brown eyebrows which have become sparse in places. Trying to fill in spots using pencils, powders and waxes haven't given me the effect I've wanted, but the Precision Brow Color works great. It fills in and gives color without looking harsh. BROW WOW, BROW WOW! This is the best brow product I have ever use. i bought the medium brown, even though my brows are a bit darker, this blended perfectly. I thought that it would be a complicated lengthy process to use this product, but in just a few seconds, I was able to darken the areas where my brows are full, and to quickly fill in hair-like strokes to hide the gaps from my over plucking binge in college in the '70s! I used the clear brow gel over the top to neaten my brows and keep them in place. Love it!

Great product--Poor packaging
I loved this brow tint for the 6 times I got to wear it. The lid would slid off. I would make sure that the lid was on but the next time I would put on makeup it would have slid off. The brow tint dried up in a week and was no more.

truly a lifesaver
I am so thankful for this product! My brows are thin from overtweezing back in the 90's and I am also missing about 70% of one of my brows due to surgery to remove a basil cell skin cancer. I have been unable to find a product that lasts all day and doesn't smear or smudge- until now. Great Product!
You use the eyebrow mascara to cover gray and use this brow color to add lashes where they are missing. I add a few lashes at the front where they have been overplucked (never more than 1/4 in. per Paula) and to fill in the barely visible wings on the end. Browlistic makes your brows look thick and full, which is more youthful.

Love it. I have gray (formerly black) hair and the medium brown is perfect. Nice and neutral, not reddish as are so many browns. Applies easily, looks natural and stays on. The top has fallen off a few times, wish it were firmer but the product did not dry out and I was able to continue using it. Hope it becomes a permanent product. Please give a lot of notice if it is to be d/c'd.

DUAL PURPOSE - AMAZING AS AN EYELINER!!!!
Medium Brown is way too Joan Crawfordy for my medium brown eyebrows, BUT it is AMAZING as an eyeliner. The felt tip applicator is perfect for keeping the line straight and so elegant looking. Can't wait until light brown is back in stock. Will try that one for my brows to see if it will look more natural. If not, I can always use that colour as a bottom lash liner!

I ordered the light color and it went on with a greenish / yellowish hue. I exchanged it for the darker color and wore it all day. The application method allowed for perfection, it did not move as with the lighter shade. BUT, I looked like Joan Crawford - TOO dark!!! More colors are needed and this product could be GENIUS.

Great idea but color needs improvement
This applies easily, but medium brown looks more grey than brown. I have dark brown hair and must apply it sparingly, but will not buy it again until they balance the color.

Excellent Product
Very pleased with this. It's unique in that you are essentially brushing on a thin sheer liquid that is buildable to the coverage you need. I have thin sparse brows that are graying unevenly, with one side still darkish, and the other practically white. This does a great job of filling in the sparse areas and reshaping, because the application is so precise. Together with a pencil, I am able to get natural looking even brows that I could not achieve with a pencil alone. The light brown color is cool toned and seems very versatile. I hope this becomes a permanent item!

I got this product because of the great reviews, but I wasn't expecting very much because I've been disappointed with other brow pencils. But this one is better than I could have imagined! I overplucked my eyebrows in my teens, and with very oily skin always had problems finding an eyebrow pencil, gel, or powder that didn't slide off or look unnaturally shiny within an hour of application. I've been using Paula's gel and liked it, but needed to supplement it in the areas where I didn't have any eyebrow hair for the gel to cover. I just received the eyebrow pen and I absolutely LOVE it. I bought both colors and they both work great for me. I have dark hair but lighter thin eyebrows and fair skin. The look is very realistic and really does last all day. I have tried numerous pencils, powders, and even creams, and none have looked and lasted as well as these pens. The only thing that would make these better would be a color that is in between the two current colors and I'm sure redheads are wishing they had an option.

I ordered this because of the rave reviews, but I wasn't sure if the light brown color would be ok for my pale eyebrows - but it's great! I have pale skin with redness and blond hair with pale blonde/brown eyebrows, and usually use a blonde eyebrow pencil. These were all looking too harsh on my face, like I'd drawn on my brows. This pen is so fine, I can use a light touch to fill in gaps and lightly go over the brows. It is long wearing and I hope this becomes a permanent product because I haven't found anything like it before. It's really easy to use, well done and tell us if it's about to be discontinued so I can order a supply!

I have no brows and have been making do with felt-tip eyeliners in dark brown. The felt-tip applicators work wonderfully but no eyeliner comes in light brown which I need. This product fills the bill even though the tip is a very fine brush rather than a true felt-tip. The product goes on perfectly and gives exactly the brow I have been looking for. I'm really, really happy with this product. It delivers sheer, very natural looking but defined color that makes my black-brown brows look fab. I love that I can fix or blend it if I mis-apply, but once it's dry it stays put for hours. I love that I can do finer lines with the tip of the brush, but cover larger areas too without the brush becoming misshapen. Please, please keep offering it!!

Great product as far as application but the colors leave much to be desired. I have red hair so I ordered the light brown and it made my brows look dark green. I exchanged it for the dark brown but it came out a greenish gray. I would love a true mahogany brown, or an auburn color.

I purchased this product in Medium Brown. I have dark brown hair with dark brown to black-ish brows. The Medium brown color works very well for filling in the sparse patches in my brows. I am a brunette with dark brown eyebrows. This product is too light to have an impact. (I do like the fine tip brush, though). I wish there was a darker color. I would like to see the individual 'hairs.' This product (for me) just blends into the skin, and doesn't give the impression of a 'real' hair. (I am a long-time user of your skin products; keep at it!)

I bought this to use on the gray hairs on my brow, but it didn't cover them. It did make my whole brow look darker--too dark! It seems like an unneccessary step if you powder or go over it with a pencil anyhow.

To use, uncap product and use the precision brush to apply sheer color between the brow hairs, working from the heaviest to the thinnest part of the brow. Apply more as needed to build intensity. Follow with other brow makeup, if desired.

Neither shade of Browlistic are recommended if you have red or auburn brows
Although the precision brush makes it easy to apply between brow hairs, if you overdo it or end up with product outside the brow area, simply dip a cotton swab in makeup remover and wipe away.
Is the tip of Browlistic Long-Wearing Precision Brow Color a felt tip or pencil?
It is closer to a felt tip, but has a brush-like effect. This makes it easy to feather Browlistic between individual brow hairs for a natural-looking result. Unlike standard brow pencils, Browlistic never needs sharpening.

However, if you want a brow product that allows more precise control over placement of color between brow hairs, then definitely give Browlistic a try.
