Best Cleanser I've Used

About Me Skin Care Professional
Comments about CALM Cleanser for Normal to Oily Skin - 6.7 oz:
I've tried a lot of cleansers, and this is by far my favorite one. I love the slip to this product. A little goes a long way, as it easily spreads throughout my whole face, down to my neck and chest. I love that it has no irritating ingredients, since I have oily/sensitive skin with slight redness. Also love the fact that it's a vegan product. I wet my face in the shower with warm water, rub this cleanser all over, then remove with a damp wash cloth. Only thing is the cheap looking packaging, it's so ugly. But the product itself is perfect. I'm back here to order my second bottle. It lasts a while.
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Best cleanser I have ever used!

About Me Beauty Conscious
This cleanser has made a huge difference in my skin! One day I used bareminerals powder and my face got really itchy, red, and hot to the touch. I came home and washed my face asap. I was looking in the mirror while I swirled this around my face and I actually saw the redness fade away right before my eyes! Before this cleanser I was using Cerave hydrating cleanser. I ordered samples of this cleanser to try before I bought it. When I ran out of the samples and went back to the cerave my face became red and irritated. Which is so weird!

Im very impress by this cleanser. I love the gel like texture, yet it foams nicely. Its a very gentle cleanser, and Im very happy I made the purchased. It does not irritate or strip my skin. I would recommend this product to anybody looking to restore texture and and balace to their skin.

This stuff is great!

I really enjoy this gentle cleanser. My skin isn't super sensitive but I get redness around my nose and eyes. I've tried several cleanser but always come back to this one because it never irritates my skin and it definitely reduces my redness. The only thing I don't like about this cleanser is that it doesn't remove my foundation. This is more like a lotion texture that doesn't foam or become soapy which is fine but to get my mineral makeup off I get my face wet and rub this on then wipe it off to get my makeup off. I then put it on again and actually wash my face (sometimes use a clarisonic). I don't like makeup remover because it irritates my eye area. Overall I do love this cleanser.

About Me Minimalist
I have used several of the new anti-redness products daily for a while now but I have not really noticed any improvements. I don't care for the hard plastic packaging either; it feels cheap. This cleanser is very "soft" and not super effective in removing makeup. I will not be repurchasing but instead I'll go back to the Resist Perfectly Balanced Cleanser or one of the many great inexpensive drugstore options.

My favorite new product
By young adult
I am 19 years old. I had acne scarring on my chin and below my nose. I found this product out of random, but it was an amazing purchase. I am 3 weeks into using the product and the redness of my scars have decreased. My skin color is more toned and the scaring is slowing disappearing. I would recommend this to anyone with redness or red scars. I will defiantly buy again!

I had been using the hydralight line and really liked it. I bought this cleanser because the other one was discontinued and I won't buy it again. I didn't like the texture of the cleanser and it didn't clean well nor take off mascara well. I'm disappointed they are changing two of my favorite products, the cleanser and moisturizer.
Very good cleanser!
About Me Brand Buyer
I never had such a good cleanser. Most products for rosacea are for dry and sensitive skin but mine is oily and sensitive. Never found a cleanser that is so gentle and soothing but at the same time it cleans my oily skin. Little product goes a long way. If I use a regular cleanser my skin gets even more red but with this cleanser it won't. I wouldn't say that it really reduces my redness but it also doesn't get worse like normally.

I had been using the Hydralight range until the Calm line came out. I thought Hydralight was good but the Calm cleanser for oily skin is excellent. It removes all the oil and light make-up I have been wearing. It leaves my skin feeling cleansed, but not dry or tight. My skin feels silky soft and it really helps calm the redness of my skin.My only slight negative is if you wear lots of make-up, you might need to cleanse twice with this cleanser or use a wash cloth to remove all the make-up. But this does not prevent me buying this cleanser or recommending it.

That smell though.
By Kiah B.
I was sure when I ordered this that it would be the answer for my sensitive (alternately dehydrated, but also congestion prone) combination skin. If the scent of this cleanser were not so overpowering, I believe it may have been my new go-to. As it is, I am curious to see whether other PC customers begin to complain of the strong, almost bleach-like smell. Obviously, this contains great ingredients, so I am a little at a loss for how to explain it--however, there is no explaining it away for me. I tried to push through to week 2 and then just quit, realizing that I want washing my face to continue to be a pleasant experience. In the shower, I also experienced some eye irritation--not from getting it in my eyes per se, but just from the smell mixed with the steam. I am bummed, because while the Calm-Oily SPF is a great replacement for the Hydralight version, this is not comparable in my opinion. I'll be sticking with Olay's sensitive skin cleanser until, possibly, this is reformulated.
