Great Cleanser, Bad Price
By Angie K
Comments about Earth Sourced Cleansing Gel - 6.7 oz:
I love this cleanser, ive used it for a couple years now. Works well with my combination skin. My issue lately with Paulas Choice is that I simply cant afford to be routinely ordering these products anymore. I use her BHA liquid as well as the earth-sourced moisturizer and I LOVE them. But I find I go through the moisturizer so quickly and since I order from Ontario, Canada, it is WAY too pricey in the long run with brokerage fee, shipping, etc. I don't want to switch brands but may have to.

Very Very Gentle Cleanser
By Lixing Z.
This is literally one of the most gentle cleanser ever made. It is great for all skin types, and the cleaning ability is rated ~ 7.5/10. However, the only small flaw is its texture; it is too watery and could easily drip out of my hand.

Proper pH, effective cleansing!
I've been using Neutrogena ultra gentle face wash and had no problems with it, but wanted to try this. This takes off my makeup (Maybelling FIT, concealer and powder plus blush, etc). I usually wash 2x when I wear makeup even using the Neutrogena. I never see any remains on my cotton ball as I wipe with clear toner. This is nice, doesn't react with any of my other products and I would say it is very comparable to the Neut ultra gentle. Proper pH readies skin for treatments.

During my first use, I found myself disappointed that it didn't foam much and I wasn't a fan of the texture. Then as I rinsed my face, I was amazed by how clean my combination skin felt. A real gem of a product!

earlier, i've purchased PC skin balancing cleanser. though it did well to get rid of my cystic acne and break-outs it also left my skin dried and irritated.earth sourced cleanser impressed me of how good it removes dirt and oil from the skin without irritating it to much. it also has a nice texture. though it is not effective as previous product in the acne war. this one does well for sensitive skin. so i will purchase it again with combination of another cleanser.

Better for combo/oily skin
By Christina E.
If you have drier skin, stick to the Skin Recovery or Moisture Boost cleansers. This one is a foaming cleanser, which is what I used before I found Paula's Choice. It isn't drying, but it isn't moisturizing, either. So probably better for you if you don't need a little moisture out of your cleanser. I find the SR and MB cleansers to be more soothing, as well.

I already had a cleanser I liked so when this came in my sample kit I wasn't really looking to convert and I'm still not. The gel cleanser has a light lather which is nice and does make your skin feel clean. There is a little bit of a sticky feeling after...not super smooth but other then that it was fine. I think it's a great option for those who want an organic cleanser that's good for your skin!

Perfect for my sensitive skin!
By Chelsea P.
I'm obsessed with this cleanser. The first one I have EVER tried that removes all makeup without leaving my face red and tight. I just wish it came in a pump!
Not as good as I hoped
At first I liked it, I thought it was pretty gentle and does a decent job at cleaning. However, after using it for 2 weeks, I noticed that I was getting more and more tiny breakouts. I also noticed that my face was getting drier and started peeling (this was during May).
Works great, but hated the smell
By Elizabeth C.
The product worked beautifully, easily took off makeup and left my skin feeling great. However, I just couldn't get over the smell. If they could neutralize or improve the smell I would make this my go-to cleanser.
