I ordered this and was going to return it, but decided to use the whole bottle and see what happened. The product's only value is that it does work as a good, lightweight moisturizer for oily/acne-prone skin. However, the formula is not emmollient enough for eye skin, the packaging is terrible, and the amount you get is puny for the price. Also, by the end of the bottle, I did not notice any kind of "remodeling" effect whatsoever.

Love it. My scars are fading and acne is a thing of the past. I found it took close to 3 weeks before I noticed anything - and my skin did get slightly worse during that time, but if you stick with it (and use sunscreen) this product won't disappoint. I started using this based on CS recommendation. I have very oily acne prone skin even though I am 50. While this temporarily lessens the appearance of fine lines, I haven't noticed any cumulative positive difference in my skin. I also think it caused tiny hard bumps under my skin. I tried using it up as an an eye moisturizer, but it caused milia under my eyes. I think it might be the niacinamide, because that ingredient seems to be in common with other products that my skin didn't like.

I have been using this product for a good 3 weeks now. It doesn't break me out, but I find that It's not moisturizing enough for my skin.. like my skin on my cheeks is still flaky after 3 weeks of using it. Sometimes, I even use it like 2 times a day because of the dry cheeks. Also, everytime I apply I can feel a little tingle..but maybe because the skin is dry, I have combination skin a little bit oily and dry here and there...not sure if this is the right product for me.

This has an excellent texture and feels nourishing to the skin at first. I used this in conjunction with the CLEAR Pore Normalizing Cleanser for about 3 weeks. I did like both of them in the beginning, but wasn't seeing any benefits to my skin. Then all of a sudden my acne exploded and I got 8 very deep, extremely painful on my cheeks and chin. I don't know why, but these didn't work for me. Going to try a different cleanser, toner and moisturizer from Paula's line. Hope for better luck.

I use this 2x a day (morning and night) in conjunction with the resist antioxidant serum and in just a week or so noticed my skin looked better: less redness/brown spots from chronic acne. I love the silky texture of this. It's also very moisturizing. I am 41 with dry, sensitive skin (chronic acne) and I am pleasantly surprised at how well this works!! Highly recommend.

The Resist Hydrator is perfect for my acne prone dry skin. I have been using this at night over the 2% AHA gel for about a week and my post-acne marks are almost completely gone. I really love the creamy, silky texture of this moisturizer. It feels so luxurious as it melts into your skin. And the results! The texture and feel of my skin has improved so much. I LOVE this stuff.

I am 52 and have had acne since I was 13 . I still have an occasional breakouts using greasy moisturizers. This is perfect I haven't broken out at all. I used the other RESIST barrier repair moisturizer and it caused breakout.. This is perfect. with the RESIST 10% weekly exfoliater. This does not cause breakouts. It moisturizes and plumps my skin.

I am 36 years old with sensitive skin prone to hormonal outbreaks on my chin. My Paula's regimen was starting to solve the breakouts, but I still was having dry patches from the AHAs and BHAs despite the moisturizer I was using. Within a week of using this product my dry spots, redness and blemishes all started healing. My skin looks better than it has in month. My skincare routine is slowly turning into an all Paula Resist routine!

The product itself is great, it helped prevent further breakouts and is an excellent moisturizer for my combo skin...living in a cold winter climate! That being said, I must have a really big face because it takes 4-5 pumps of product to cover my neck and face! Also, after the pump stops dispensing product, I stood my bottles on end and was able to use each bottle for at least another month or more!!! I really hate to think about how much product I tossed in the trash all because of the pump!

I absolutely love this moisturizer. I use it in combination with the CLEAR system and my skin has never looked or felt better. The texture feels so creamy, yet is very light and not heavy. I've definitely noticed a lightening in my red marks from blemishes, too. The only thing I don't like about this product is the packaging. Would prefer if it was in a tube instead of a pump. Feels like so much gets wasted. Thanks for the wonderful product! I'm addicted!

The niacinamide caused me to get a lot of tiny red bumps all over my face. Once I stopped using this moisturizer, they went away immediately. I believe this is an excellent moisturizer for those not sensitive to this ingredient.

I am 35 with fair,sensitive, acne prone skin. I have been using Retin A, and it drys out and irritates my skin. But since I have been using this moisturizer (along with ultra light antioxidant serum) my redness and peeling have stopped. Nothing else has worked to take away my acne and redness. I am so glad I finally found something that works! I had to give it some time though, don't give up on it,. It took my skin about 2-3 weeks to start really improving. And my wrinkles are better too!

Finally, a moisturizer that moisturizes but doesn't leave a greasy or shiny finish on oily/combo skin. I only need this at night, but I still hated have shiny face in the evening. This leaves my skin feeling very silky, and I believe it's at least not contributing if not actually preventing breakouts, as my skin had been very clear since I've been using it. I also like that I can use it around my eyes. Another major win for PC, and I'm even more impressed with the RESIST line!

At first I wasn't sure that this product could do much for me, as I already have great skin thanks to Paulas Choice. But since I've been using this I've walked by my bathroom mirror at night - twice! - and actually said "did I take my make-up off yet?" That's saying a lot! I've been using this for a few months now and my skin is clearer and more even-toned. I love the matte finish; no more hanging out with my hubby in the evenings with shiny product-face. This one is a winner.

I was sent samples of this product and another moisturizer with spf, I loved the samples so i ordered the full size and added more samples since i was traveling soon. When I got the products i felt like they different than the samples that I got. For example this product in the sample that I got was creamier and left my face feeling moisturized when I used the full product it felt different, my face didnt feel so moisturized. Even the sample size had a vitamin smell and this product did not.

This was one of the only options I had in terms of fading marks because I use benzyl peroxide on my skin on a daily bases to keep my skin clear. I needed something in my routine that would target spots without piling more on my face than I already do (toner, BP, BHA, Moisturizer, SPF). Although this does a good job at moisturizing, it did nothing for my marks or even just to even out my skin tone in general. I mixed this with a SPF as well because I also use an AHA on my skin at night. My only other option is the Skin Brightening Treatment, and I really dont want to shell out that kind of money when i was so disappointed with this. Like I said, it did a good job at moisturizing but I needed something to fade marks; at least a little.

I have found my nightly moisturizer!! Great for night and day time as well, I use it as night because I wear a tinted moisturizer during the day. Feels healing as you put it on. Enzymes that eat bacteria, niacinamide that communicates with cells and prevents acne, vitamin C that brightens, heals and is anti-aging? What a great bunch of ingredients!

I got some samples of this to try before I actually purchase a full bottle and I have only used it once this morning but already notice a huge difference. Usually once I wash my makeup I can clearly see all the red marks from past acne and I was amazed at how they were already so much less noticale. I don't know if its a combination of things or if this is just the perfect product for my skin. But I will be putting my order in for this tomorrow. Thanks Paula for some amazing products I am very quickly switching completely over to just using your line.

While I agree with the other comments that this really needs different packaging, I still have to say that it is the best moisturizer that's ever touched my face. It's smooth, great under make-up and perfect for my acne-prone, but not oily skin. Just put it in tube like so many of your other products and it'll be even better.

This is the first moisturizer I've found that I can successfully wear under makeup. Most moisturizers show up by noon as greasiness. But this moisturizer gives me a nice smooth base with NO greasiness. Been a user of PC for years and this is by far my favorite daytime moisturizer. The packaging is not great and I hate that the resist products are smaller and more expensive than the others. Other than that, great product!

I have llifelong oily, acne prone skin that gets scaly dry patches and is easily irritated when I use topical acne medications. Plus now I have aging skin. A frustating combination. Recently I tried this product and was so pleased with the results that I now also use the the Resist toner (fabulous), serum, and cleanser. These products allow me to use three different acne topical medictions day and night without suffering from dry, irritated skin. As a result, my skin has never looked better.

I use this as my nighttime moisturizer for my oily, acne-prone skin. I use it in conjunction with the Skin Balancing products and CLEAR Regular Strength Toner. I have been very pleased. A little bit goes a long way to making my skin feel so soft yet not greasy. Can't speak to the anti-aging effects of it, really, but I think this is worth using and certainly not something to shy away from if your skin is like mine.

I finished my bottle of this product a few months ago. Its a lighter moisturizer and while it was fine, I did not notice any dramatic results UNTIL the bottle ran out. You see, I did not realize the Hydrator was actually keeping acne on my chin at bay. I've not had an issue with acne for years, but now that i'm in my early 40s, my hormones are changing and my skin (among other things) are showing the results of those changes. Ance and the resulting brown or red spots are now more visible..time to reorder the hydrator! PS I did not have any issues with the bottle dispensing product.
