The best I've found!

Comments about RESIST Daily Moisturizer SPF 25 - 2 oz:
This is my go-to holy grail daytime SPF moisturizer. I have severely dehydrated and dry skin in the winter time and the skin recovery SPF just wasn't cutting it. I see reviews that this is too heavy or greasy, but I think those users just need a lighter weight SPF. I do switch to something a bit lighter weight in the summer months. This works brilliantly for the intended market: those of us who truly have VERY dry skin. It does leave a bit of a white cast but I wear it under makeup so that's not a problem. It also doesn't irritate my Rosacea. Please never discontinue!
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

I recently bought this and I am seriously impressed! I had tried another PC sunscreen, but it didn't work well for my skin. This however, is AMAZING. It moisturizes my dry skin, provides a good amount of SPF protection (it would be really cool to have this exact formulation but with even higher SPF though), and honestly works so nicely under makeup. I don't use a primer anymore, and when I take my makeup off, my skin looks hydrated - I can tell this product has been working hard!! It's my favourite sunscreen I've ever used. It totally is non-irritating too - which is something I'm always concerned about because I have really sensitive/eczema prone skin. I am so glad I found this product.

White and Greasy
Didn't work well for me. White cast is quite pronounced and I have pale skin. Thick difficult to rub in. With other Paula Moisturizers if I let them sink in for a few minutes they work fine. This one never really sank in. Somehow is greasy but oddly not that moisturizing.
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Not for me, I prefer the Skin Recovery SPF 30
from Seattle, WA
About Me Budget Buyer
I bought this during the BOGO promotion for SPF bc my favorite sunscreen (Skin Recovery SPF 30) wasn't included and I thought it would be a good substitute. However, this broke me out the first time I used it. It's much heavier/greasier than the Skin Recovery and I have dry skin. Seems a lot of other reviewers love it, but it just wasn't for me. I will mention that I love a lot of the other Resist products (BHA, 5% AHA, AHA for the body) this one just missed the mark for me.

I've been using this product for several years and thought I'd add an updated review. This is my go-to, three season moisturizer. I have dry skin that is also acne prone and this product has never made me break out. It's also the only one that stops my skin from getting dry, flaky, and sore during Upstate NY winters. Yes it's very emmollient at first but I just let it dry before I apply my makeup. During warmer weather, I do need to switch to a more matte finish like Hydralight (or whatever it was just rebranded to).The only thing I would change about this product is that I wish it had a higher SPF, since my dermatologist recommends at least 30. It is kind of odd that this is part of the Resist anti-aging line but has a lower SPF than the other Paula's Choice moisturizers like Skin Recovery.
Great product, please make a version without SPF!

About Me Brand Buyer
Great product for dry or normal/dry skin. It would be great if this was offered in two different versions - one with SPF and one without. I already have a face sunscreen that I love and my foundation also has sun protection so while I love this moisturizer, three layers of sun protection is a bit much. I would absolutely buy if there was one without sun protection! That would also make it more versatile for people who don't want to buy 10 products - it could then be used morning and night!

This is the most moisturizing SPF lotion I've tried from Paula's Choice. I also use the Skin Recovery Daily Moisturizer SPF 30, which I love. I get dry, itchy patches of eczema on my face, and I'm always looking for a really gentle, moisturizing SPF lotion to wear during the day, so this Resist version is perfect for that. I have an oily T-zone, so I did notice that this was a bit greasy over my oily areas, but I really liked the emollient properties on the dryer areas of my face. I didn't find this had as much of a white cast as the Skin Recovery moisturizer, maybe just because it's a slightly lower SPF? I also liked the fact that this made my skin feel moisturized all day long, even on my neck.

Good SPF But Doesn't Seem Very Moisturizing
from Norristown, PA
I keep trying different moisturizers with sunscreen for daytime use, hoping to find one that feels more like a moisturizer and less like a sunscreen. Unfortunately, this isn't it. It takes a bit to rub it into my skin so it looks and feels like a sunscreen to me. It doesn't feel very moisturizing, and after using it for a few days, I start to get tiny whiteheads on my face.
Love this sunscreen
By K The Hiker
Love this sunscreen and can't live without it. I have very sensitive, acne prone skin with a lot of dryness/sensitivity around my mouth and nose from a bad hormonal acne break out last summer. A lot of sunscreens either dry me out or break me out. This is the only sunscreen I've found that hits the Goldilocks mark. It leaves my skin beautifully moisturized without any resulting breakouts. No stinging and the greasy texture folks comment on I find on my sensitive dry skin just feels moisturizing. It rubs in fine and though it leaves a minimal white cast I found make-up (including powders) go over just fine. Also should note that in the summer I follow with a SFP 50 mineral sunscreen.
Amazing, trust me I've tried it ALL!
The best moisterizer out there by far, worth every penny!
