I love this serum as much as all the other reviewers. It's so light and so good for the skin. Layers very nicely under all my other products.

I had been so sad to have to stop using the original Resist serum because it broke my face out badly. With trepidation, I tried the light version when it came out, and I am so happy with it! I mix it into my Resist Barrier Repair at night and it works like a charm!

This is what my skin has been waiting for! My breakouts have just stopped, it's healing my red spots and I have the healthy skin glow. I'm stocking up on this one! Not even the Resist AHA, or the Retinol have given me these results.

Where on earth has this particular serum been all my life. Great results just Paula's other sera but the hand feel on this one is fantastic. I have used this serum in winter and in spring. I had hoped that in spring I would have better results, given the decreased moisture needs of my skin but it didn't do anything visibly noticeable. This serum didn't change the texture of my skin either. I had high hopes, but this serum wasn't for me.

I have VERY oily skin, and I wanted a serum to use during the day to help with the brown spots and redness in my skin. I was hesitant about using a daytime serum since they have a tendency to hang heavy on my skin, to the point where I only use them at night and don't bother with a moisturizer. But this one virtually disappears on my skin. I cleanse,use PC toner, BHA 9, this serum, and PCs Skin Balancing Defense Lotion; makeup goes on and stays on perfectly. This is a fabulous serum!

I originally purchased this serum for very mild wrinkles on my forehead and eye corners, which it seemed to help in tightening and reducing the lines. It also helped a little on the "11's" between my eyebrows but not to the extent that it helped the forehead and eye lines. I guess I need something more powerful for the "11's" (Retinol?)

I tried the Balancing and original Resist antioxidant serums in the past. I use them as eye serums and love them!! The Ultra-light serum is perfect for acne-prone skin; NO breakouts! It's very thin and absorbs instantly which can make it difficult to spread across the face, but the results are fantastic. I had perioral dermatitis around my nose and within a week, it has completely disappeared! The texture of my skin is just awesome!

I have normal skin and if I put this serum the wrinkles under my eyes become more pronounced. It just sucks out the moisture from the skin. Maybe it is good for oily skin but I doubt it. On the plus side it doesn't make me break out as the Olay seum does.

So happy I tried this! I tried some sample packs of the above product and it did BEAUTIFULLY on my combination, acne-prone skin! Now I just need to order a full tube...

My Skin is normal/oily combo, acne prone with red and darker scarring from acne marks (both recent & old). This serum is the best one for my skin type. Within 1 week of receiving & using this PC serum 2x daily, it has evened out my skin tone, reduced scarring & made my skin youthful and glowing (exactly what I want it to look like should it should be) Words alone are not enough to the results & benefits of this PC Serum. Thank you Paula & PC Team!!!!! If you have combo skin you should try this!

I was really hoping that I would like this product, and I do love the texture, but I'm afraid it irritates my skin. I think the BHA 9 started the irritation (red, flaky patches), but this serum seemed to make it worse. When I stopped using the BHA 9 but was still using this, the irritation started to heal, but very slowly. When I also stopped using this, the irritation healed in just a few days. My skin isn't usually sensitive, but I think these 2 products are just too strong for me.

The antioxidents might well be amazing. But it soaks in so fast - I have to use so much that this is quickly becoming cost prohibitive. REALLY cost prohibitive. I am burning through this tube like lightning. And it's *not moisturizing* at all. I am going to be a naysayer on this one and give it strictly a meh. The point of Paula's Choice is to be both cutting edge on formula's AND cost effective. This fails badly on cost effective.

The Ultra-Light serum is perfect for acne-prone skin. The texture is thinner and less emollient than the others. It instantly sinks into the skin leaving your skin soft and matte. I tend to have dry skin so I wish it was a bit more moisturizing but I just follow up with the Resist hydrator moisturizer and my skin is soft and moisturized all day.

If you want one fantastic product, look no further, I LOVE this serum! Using 3 days and can already tell a difference with a glow to my skin. Will use this up and thought I would change to clinique, but NO WAY!!! Sticking with Paula. THANKS Paula!!

I've been using the Skin Balancing super antioxidant serum and was excited to try this new RESIST version. I like the lightweight feel and texture. This melts right into my oily skin and doesn't leave any film or residue. I do notice that some serum oozes out the top sometimes if I shake the tube even slightly. The Skin Balancing version still works better as a primer since it leaves a slick feel & helps w/foundation application. But overall I'll keep using and see about long term results.

Finally I can wear a serum under my sunscreen (your new ultra sheer 30+ which is a stunning product) which leaves me matte and doesn't ball up under makeup. This is revolutionary for troubled, oily skin like mine. It's light, dry and behaves beautifully under a day of full make up layered with sunscreen. WOW! This product is a routine changer and I LOVE adding extra antioxidants in my daily routine when I previously couldnt. Faultless. Thank you so much Paula!

I'm not sure what I should have been expecting with this product but I've been rather disappointed. I bought 3 on sale after getting a sample packet with another order I placed and I haven't seen any results in the 7-8 weeks I've been using it. No pores reduced, no oil control. Nothing really except truthfully I've had some minor breakouts ever since I started using it.

This is a wonderful light serum. It absorbs fast, without leaving that greasy silicone feeling. Just wish the bottle was bigger!

This is the best serum for oily skin with breakouts. Feels light and weightless on my skin. Thank you for making a serum to fight signs of aging for oily skin. My skin is smoother and clearer since using this product.

I have to honestly say that this is one of the best serum out there that I have ever tried. In term of texture, it's very watery and it absorb right into my skin and disappear like water and you dont feel you have just put on anything. This serum is perfect for my super oily skin that tend to breakout and got clogged even on gel serum or liquid toner. I haven't been liking the texture of the skin balancing super antioxidant but this new serum has truly made me fall in love with it.

I'm in love with this serum, this will be my new summer serum, made my skin feel like velvet and it kept my oily t-zone in check all day long, which will be perfect for the long, hot, humid summer days of New York City. This is another winner Paula! Thank you.

Its an ultra light serum that I have been looking for. I love how it absorbs really fast and works great under makeup. My skin loves it and so do I. Its my serum for life. Thanks for taking great care of us creating such products that make us love ourselves more.

Bought this when a tester of another serum left a greasy film on my skin. Had no problems. When I went on a trip I left this behind as I had some samples of an expensive store brand and wow could tell then. My skin broke out and when I returned to this it took just one use to see the difference. Tossing the samples and will pack this next time!

I am a PC fan and I have been using her products for 10 years now since I was 35. I had gotten my acne under control - but recently, started coming back with a vengence. I have very oily skin and the skin balancing serum seemed to break me out and I was only using the RESIST serum under my eyes. But I wanted something for the rest of my face - this is it! Doesn't make my skin break out, and I can wear it under makeup as well so I am using with my sunscreen (hand cream). Bravo PC!
