This product has helped clear the acne on my back. I was using the BHA 2 percent gel for the same purpose (did an ok job) but this works even better. I still have a few minor red spots from old blemishes, but after a month of using it my back looks better than it has in ages.

I've tried a number of KP lotions and this is the ONLY one I've found that doesn't leave my skin with a burning feeling but still works. Also, it doesn't make my skin super sticky-feeling like many of the other KP lotions I've tried.

I waited before writing this review to be sure that it work. I have a lot of plugged follicles and also redness. Many of you will recognize this as KP. I've been searching for many years for a product that will actually make it go away, with no luck. I tried Eucerin, Spectro Gel, Seabucktorn..nothing helped! This product actually helped my KP, I have a lot less plugged follicles but I still have some left, plus it did nothing for the redness. Overall it's a great product but not that great.

The only reason I'm giving this 4 instead of 5 stars is that I don't think it's been long enough to see a ton of difference - but in the short time that I have been using this lotion, I LOVE IT. It has almost cleared up the KP on my arms and thighs. I honestly didn't think that was possible. It is light, smooth, and the unscented-ness of it isn't bad at all.

I had so many plugged follicles, redness etc... I was told nothing I could do would fix it except spending a ton of money at a dermatologists, with product as well. UGH! Received this one week ago in the mail, and unfortunately i am not as dedicated as I should be but after I get out of the shower I slather it on, I've notice not just a small but a HUGE difference. Somehow this highly recommended product did nothing for my problem...after going thru almost a whole tube I still have scaly skin and KP on the legs. Plus, this had a noticeable chemical smell . I experimented with applying coconut oil straight from the jar ( $ 8 for a one pound jar) and although very greasy it smells great and was a better solution for this condition.

I recently switched my birth control and have since gotten pretty bad back acne. I am 28 and thought i was done with acne, ugh! i have tried several things, including going to a dermatologist. Nothing worked. I have been using this stuff for a few weeks and my back is so much better! My old acne is clearing up and I have only gotten a few new bumps here and there, but only when i skip a day of using it. My back looks so much better!

I just turned 30 and have been dealing with KP since I was a little girl. I've tried everything to get rid of these annoying red bumps and little white heads on my arms. This is the first thing I've seen work. Although I have to admit that i'm not very religious at putting it on, but when I do everything clears up again. Please remember that this wont make KP completely go away, but the more you use it the better your skin will look.It also works great for body breakouts due to sweaty workouts.

My 16 year old has had KP since she was a baby. We have tried prescription products from the dermatologist with no benefit. After recently shopping with her and seeing just how sad she was about how her arms looked in a sleeveless dress, I decided to go ahead and give this product a try. After 2 days of use, her arms and legs were smoother. After 1 week, the KP is actually clearing up. She is ecstatic! I'll definitely be buying more of this product! This lotion is great! I have used Paula's facial products for many years, decided to try this lotion on my dry heels. Wow! This stuff is great. I have always had a problem with dry heels and having used many OTC products, this product applied am and pm has given me the best results ever! Even my nail technician was awed.

I've had moderate to severe KP since age 12. I am now in my 40's and found this product one year ago. I am so happy to say it really works as my KP area spread from the backs of my arms to my backside and back of my thighs after having children. I've tried every prescription and OTC for KP and acne over the years without success. My skin is the clearest it has ever been. I am wearing sleeveless dresses/shirts for the first time in my adult life. Does not bother my sensitive skin.

I bought this tube of lotion for Michigan-winter dry legs. After having had it for a month or two, I realized I should be using it on my chest (where I occasionally develop cyst-like pimples on the bra line) and on my back (where I have also developed some similar cyst-like pimples). It has been two weeks since I started using it and already I can see the difference it is making. Had it all along...didn't connect the dots till now...(yay for dots no more!!!)

I have to use this lotion every night or the kp comes back, but at least I feel confident when my boyfriend touches my arms and legs!

This product is a case where "fragrance-free" is not a good thing. This lotion has a terrible, chemical smell to it--some perfume to cover that would be preferable. The smell is so strong I can't stand to use the product on my body. I tried it for about 5 days, but just couldn't stand the smell any longer and returned the product. It wasn't long enough to see whether it had any real effect in terms of the promises it makes regarding clearing up your skin.

I have been using this product for littleover two weeks now and the results hav been fantastic. I never knew there was a product for KP and all this talk about there being no cure was such a blow to my self esteem because ive always hated the way my upper arm and legs dont seem to ever clear up. After the first few tries i noticed the redness was reduced and the skin was smooth. then again i also combined his product with regular exfoliating using a washcloth. Now the bumps are talmost gone!

My husband loves how this keeps his back clear during the summer when he sweats a lot while jogging.

Although this product is absolutely FANTASTIC for my...ahem...derriere, I was hoping it would help with the crepe-like look of the skin on my arms (how can this be happening? I'm only 32! :( ) Sadly though, this product exacerbated my eczema, and I began having circular patches of red, flaking skin on my forearms. I will just have to switch to Paula's AHA on my arms and keep my BHA for my B-hind ;)

I have had red bumps on my arms and legs since I was 8. It has spread over the years and I am now embarassed to wear short sleeve shirts in the summer. I finally said enough and did research and came across Paula's site and this product. I am on day 3 of this product now. I apply it day and night to my arms and legs. I noticed instant softness to my skin! My redness has gone down on my arms n my legs are clear. I am going to keep applying to see what I get. I also wish it smelled better.

Moderate acne since 13 (early 30s now) + intermittent cystic acne. I always had gummed-up pores too. Nothing OTC has ever worked until this lotion. This label says "body" but I interpreted it as "bargain deal for face". It dries me out quite a bit but I'm hoping that will get better (using for 3 weeks so far). Otherwise only good things to say. It loosened up the plugs in my face, which were then easily extracted/scrubbed out + prevented new ones. No cysts since started using which is HUGE!!!

I have had KP since I was little (now 28). I have literally tried EVERYTHING to get rid of it. OTC products as well as expensive prescriptions from doctors and NOTHING worked. I have been using it for about 2 months and my arms are SMOOTH. Like completely smooth! It's amazing the difference. I no longer cringe when my husband touches my arms. KP does however still get a little red, but no bumps!

I never write product reviews online. They take time that I'd rather spend...doing almost anything else. But I just woke up after applying this stuff before bed the night before for the first time and my skin is so smooth I NEED to tell the world about it. My KP isn't gone, I can still see the red dots. But my skin is so SMOOTH. My skin is smooth like the Old Spice Guy. My skin is smooth! I want to climb on top of my house and scream at the top of my lungs, "MY SKIN IS SMOOTH!!!" A. MAZ. ING.

This was the most highly recommended product I found anywhere online for Keratosis Pilaris, but it hasn't seemed to do anything for me. I have severe KP on the back of my arms, and it looks much better right after I apply the lotion, but there have been no permantent or lasting effects. I apply it once or twice a day, and at this point have gone through more than half the bottle.

I have Keratosis Pilaris on my thighs, I thought it was something I just had to live with. But with the Internet at my fingertips, it's a lot easier to get answers without having to go to the dr. for every little thing. So I googled "bumps on legs" and it led me to this site. I ordered two bottles of this exfoliate and began using it. After about 5 applications it has made a substantial difference in the appearance of my legs. I recommend this to anyone with the same problem.

After using this for only 2 days, my keratosis pilaris is GONE! My skin not only looks great, but it feels amazing! I didn't get KP till I was in my late 20's, and of course I ended up getting an extreme case, covering the backs of my arms & both my legs from ankle to butt...And, it is GONE! I have a few patches of what I now believe is scarring, and even that is hardly noticeable. I've tried everything, both over the counter & prescription, and this is the only thing that has worked!
