Smells So Bad Can't Use
from Chicago, IL
About Me Classic Style
Comments about RESIST Anti-Aging Lip Gloss SPF 40 - Clearshine:
This is so bad smelling that I can't use it. It smells like maple syrup - yuck - right underneath my nose. Unusable because of this.
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

About Me Natural Style
My new favorite clear gloss. Super shiny and very hydrating and I love that it has SPF. I am definitely buying the pink one also. It sort of lightly smells like cinnamon buns which I am into!
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Really liked the sample. Full size product was different
from Thank you
I tried a sample and loved it. I purchased the tube to keep on my desk so I could pop a little color on thru the day and keep my lips hydrated, between lipstick applications. The sample product seemed to last longer on my lips. The tube product did not last, and as others mentioned, after it wore off, my lips felt drier. Biggest problem is that the hole where the product comes out has a little raised edge around it that uncomfortably scratches against my lip every time I try to apply it. I don't want to squeeze the product on my finger. Ick. I tossed the tube in the drawer and just came across it, so thought I would review it. Had high hopes from the samples :(

About Me Minimalist
I have light, somewhat pink-undertone skin and the 'sheer pink' color is great, alone or over other lipstick.

About Me Beauty Conscious
The product was fine yet I did not like the taste at all. I like that it has a high SPF since I have had skin cancer and it does feel moisturizing on my lips. I have purchased Paula's choice products for years yet I won't be buying this lip product again. I loved her lipstick with SPF 15 in rose color and bought it for many years. Unfortunately, she doesn't offer the lipstick anymore.

Too drying for my lips
from Seattle, WA
Goes on great and the color is very nice, but it dries my lips out so badly that I can't use it at all. I've tried using a lip balm first, but it doesn't seem to help. I much prefer the limited edition lip glosses that Paula had a couple years ago.

I really wanted to love this product. the color is great as is the shine however the aroma is way too strong. Smells like maple syrup, right under your nose. Too much!!

I like the product but I don't like the tube applicator. I prefer a wand but the product itself it nice.

christmas in july!!!
I really like this lip-gloss when I just want to have a hint of color on my lips. I swear it smells like sugar cookies !!, it is like Christmas in July. I am not a gloss lover but this gloss doesn't give me that tacky, yucky finish on my lips. Of course isn't waterproof so you would need to reapply if you eat or drink. Overall I really like it .

I really like this product (I have the pink shade). I like my lip products to be cruelty free and pack a SPF punch. This one adds shine and a hint of color to boot. I have read reviews that say it smells and/or tastes bad. It just reminds me of sunscreen, nothing terribly offensive. The gloss lasts decently, is not too tacky and doesn't make my lips burn. Is it a little pricey? Yes. You don't need a lot though. I would rather pay a little more for a product that is cruelty free and is made of quality ingredients.
