    Like!
    • I've never owned more than one eyeshadow brush. So since I love Paula's products, I decided to try one of her eye shadow brushes. What a difference!! It's great for crease work. I can't believe I've gone all these years without it! I will be trying more of her brushes when the funds allow for sure! Thanks Paula!

My favorite brush of all time!
    • This is my all time favorite eyeshadow brush -- and believe me, I've been using eyeshadow brushes a long time! My eyelids are fairly large, and I used to use a smaller angled brush to define the crease, but I spent lots of time blending. I also used Paula's crease defining brush, but I found it too big -- and maybe a little too stiff. This brush works amazingly well on just about every area of my eyelids. If I could have only one shadow brush, it would be this one, both for light and dark shadows! It's perfect for adding just a touch of light under the brow bones, because it automatically blends into the darker crease defining color. I have also used it to deepen the accent of my eyeliner in the outer corner of my eyes. It is just a bit too thick for applying the liner itself. But if you like smokey eyes, try using it to apply a dark shade right where your liner will go, then blending the liner into that as you apply it. (By the way, I still think Paula's eyeshadows were the Best Ever, because of their unbelievably natural shades; I've never found any shades that could replace them! And I HAVE looked -- and looked!) Thanks, Paula, for all you do!

What makes this product unique?
Angled Shadow Brush is designed to softly define the crease of the eye as well as the browbone. The brush hairs are precisely cut to allow expert shading of the inner corner of the crease, allowing you to achieve a professional look. Angled Shadow Brush features a narrower, more flexible head than our Crease Defining Brush—use one or both, depending on your preference.

Measures 6 inches from handle to brush head.

Who is this product for?
The Angled Shadow Brush is recommended for anyone using eyeshadow.

DIRECTIONS: Gently dab or wipe the head of the brush over your powder eyeshadow. Start at the outer corner of the eye and stroke inward along and above the natural crease of the eye. Repeat to intensify the effect. May also be used to blend lid or liner color with crease color.

How many brushes do I need?

Your choice of brushes is determined by how you apply your makeup. An elaborate, nuanced makeup application would typically involve a variety of brushes. Conversely, a minimal and/or basic makeup application requires fewer brushes. The general rule to follow is that the size of the brush should match (or correspond with) the size of the area you are working on. It is best to avoid using the same brush for applying both lighter and darker colors.

When should I replace my brushes?

Replace them if they become misshapen, frayed, or start shedding excessively, or if the brush handle becomes loose or splintered.

How can the brushes be high quality yet reasonably priced?

The fact is even the best, most luxurious makeup brushes are not costly to make. Our brushes are customized for us from a major supplier and we buy in bulk, which keeps the cost to you down.

What are Paula's Choice brushes made of?

The handles are wood and our brushes feature natural hair, except for the Concealer Brush, Blush Brush, Powder Brush and Precision Liner Brush, which are made of synthetic hair.
