The size of these sponges and the texture are OK, but for me, not fantastic. I think my issue with the texture may be because I have extremely dry skin. Also, the sponges are a little too thick which makes them not flexible enough for easy applications. Sorry, this is a very difficult issue to explain! However, they *are* very durable. My set has literally lasted for several years now.

I followed Jenny's tip with cutting the round makeup sponges into quarters. This made it a little difficult to apply some of my makeup (and I have small hands as it is, so I think I'm just going to cut them in half with the next batch to see if these do the trick. Jenny, thanks for the advice....

These are the best non-latex sponges I've ever used. I do think they're a little too big, smaller size would make them easier to control. BUT...they do have the same problem as all non-latex sponges, feels like you're applying foundation with a plastic or rubber sheet! Don't use them wet, makes it even worse! I understand lots of people are allergic to latex, so this is a great product for them. Paula - PLEASE make latex sponges too, for those of us who don't have an allergy. No more finger painting my makeup onto my face in the morning. Perfect for applying, blending, and softening edges. I've always cut them in fourths, but not just because I'm cheap! The angled edges get right into those awkward areas like on and around my nose. I've been buying these since Paula began carrying them. A makeup necessity!

I bought these on a whim and now I will never be without them! They truly make makeup application more even and make my complexion look flawless. Why didn't I try these earlier?

These are my favorite sponges of all time. I always stock up. They never crumble or fall apart and they are great for spreading foundation evenly without wasting half the product. One of my must-have items from this website.

I love these sponges-very soft, yet firm enough to blend makeup perfectly. I even use them around the eye area to blend shadows and never experience irritation.

These sponges are horrible. I use the sponges to apply my foundation and they leave little particles behind, it's so annoying. These are the best makeup sponges I've used. They don't come apart while I'm trying to use them, and they're thick so the liquid foundation doesn't bleed through to the other side. Non-latex. When I run out, I start to panic.

I use these sponges to blend my All Bases Covered foundation, and they work great. Due to inexperience in using makeup sponges, I sometimes have trouble blending the foundation onto small areas(bottom edges of nostrils, near inner corner of eye, etc.). I think I'll try cutting a sponge in half or in thirds and see how it works. Great job, Paula!
