Very gentle yet effective. Leaves my eyelids feeling refreshed. I had almost stopped wearing eye makeup because other products left me with irritated lids that would then get puffy. This is a healthier and prettier choice.

I love this so much that I can't leave home without it. Please, make a travel size even if people tend to refill it from the larger size. The little trial envelopes are impractical for a 2 week overseas trip. I know I could buy a little travel bottle, but many 3 ounce bottles leak. I want a bottle labeled with the product name and easily identifiable when I am not wearing my glasses, because no one is when using the product. Would you consider making a travel size even tho it is unprofitable? It would be a boon for your loyal fans. This makeup remover easily removes most makeup including the long wearing lip paints without leaving an oily residue. I use it to remove my makeup before washing my face. This is not a substitute for face wash nor should it be. By first removing my makeup, I save my white washcloths and towels from stains that require bleach to remove. Using this first keeps my towels and washcloths in better shape. Further, it is one of the few makeup removers that work on the lip paint lipsticks. Since these are the only ones I use, I have to have a remover both for mistakes and before bed time to ready my lips for an emollient balm. I just love this product! Keep up the good work Paula!

Tried numerous other brands that were either greasy mess and sting/ burn my eyes!!! Paula this is a WINNER! Yes, I would like for the price 6-8oz,then the 4.3oz, have to say in comparison. So glad I didn't listen to a previous reviewer. I have been happy with ALL my Paula's products and needed a good make-up remover. I use a very thick waterproof mascara and this does the job with ease. You do have to hold the saturated pad over the lashes for a few seconds; but that is true with any makeup remover.

I thought I'd try this make-up remover since it was on sale. I've been using it for several weeks now, but find that I have to tug and rub more so than I did with my old make-up remover. I'm not too thrilled about that; I feel like I'm helping my eyes age quicker. It needs to be a bit creamy to help dissolve the mascara. I had originally tried a sample size of this hoping to find something to take off my waterproof mascara without pulling, tugging, irritating my eyes and even finding more still on in the morning. The sample size for some reason was flop. (possibly not an equal mix of product?) I recently read some of the feedback on it and decided to give a bottle a try after listening to suggestions others had left. I wish I had tried it sooner. Yes, a little bit goes a long way. Yes, shake bottle well before dispensing. Yes, hold pad on lashes a minute to let it absorb. I always hesitated using waterproof mascara because I didn't like how long it took to take it off if I could even get it off without some God awful oil that left me with oil slick vision until I went to sleep! Please listen to suggestions that not only Paula gives but users give. So sorry I didn't for so long. Wonderful product!!!

I love the gentle touch makeup remover and it has become an essential part of my skin care routine. However, sometimes when I'm out of town it's not convenient to wash my face, but I still want to take off my makeup and clean out my pores. I used to suffer occasional breakouts because I have to use so much sunscreen. No more. I just put some of this on a cotton pad or two and it takes off everything--eye makeup as well as the sunscreen, foundation, blush, lipstick and anything else I ran across in my makeup drawer. I recommend it highly and don't find it at all overpriced.

At a reasonable price, this makeup remover lasts a long time and does its job very well. I use it also to clean off my brushes in between uses, and i love how it seems to instantly disolve any type of makeup. I'm very pleased. Kudos!

I received this as a sample. Tried it & was very impressed with the easy of use & performance , quality & gentleness. I love it!! I have tried several others from US & Europe & looking for 1 that would remove all my eye make up yest not irritate my eyes with no luck. Than I tried Paula's, & it fit the bill. I just have to remember to shake it LOL It works even if i don't but better if i do ;)

I wish PC had an automatic reordering system so I could make sure I never run out of this stuff. My previous removers were drugstore brands (i.e., Almay). The PC remover works faster, better, and doesn't sting my eyes at all. I wear waterproof mascara and it still comes off very easily.

At first I didn't like it - I thought it was drying and didn't seem to work well. But I discovered the drying was another product, and actually this was not contributing to that problem. As far as working well, I found that I can use remarkably little on a flat cotton pad (I can see how soaking a pad or using a ball would be very wasteful), and if I hold it still for a few moments before wiping, it can remove even the waterproof mascara. I turn the pad over and use the other side for the other eye!What I love about it most is that for the first time in 40 years those annoying little raised white bumps under my eye are going away, I guess I was feeding them with mineral oil products. Yes, it's a bit expensive, but experiment to see how little you can use. I wear heavy eye makeup almost every day of my life, and I got 2 and half months out of my first bottle.

I will never buy another brand of makeup remover. This is by far the most effective, calming, and easy makeup remover I have ever used. Please never discontinue this product!

This is the only makeup remover that I tried that does not irritate my eyes. Very effective at removing makeup.

I am using my first bottle of Gentle Touch Makeup Remover and my skin loves it. And there is no stinging at all. I am going through it very quickly though which makes it expensive. I read a tip in another review that suggested putting some in the cap and just using my fingers rather than a cotton pad. Hopefully that will work. If not, this will be my first and last bottle. I often wear a full face of makeup, so I purchased this remover thinking that it would remove everything and I'd need only one product to do the job. It sadly doesn't. It's great for removing my foundation, but when it comes to removing mascara, its a miss. I still have to use another makeup remover to get off my mascara. I won't be purchasing another. I've tried dozens of other makeup removers and nothing does the job this one does and without irritation. Cleaning my face has always taken more time than all my other facial care put together until I found this stuff.

I love most of the products from Paula's Choice, but this one...UGH. I am giving this a 2 star, because it did remove my eyeshadow. However, I use L'Oreal's Voluminous waterproof mascara, and this makeup remover did nothing to the mascara. Thank goodness I only got the sample size to try. I really like this product but I've been using Oil-Free Eye Makeup Remover by Neutrogena instead and I find it's as good and less costly than this product, more readily available at department stores, drugstores, grocery stores. I won't use anything but Gentle Touch! To make it last a long time and work most effectively at eye makeup removal, shake a few drops into the cap. Dip a clean finger into it and swirl your finger over your lids and lashes. After a few seconds wipe off with tissue. Voila! Done!

This product is non-irritating, fragrance-free, and effective. It does dissolve long-lasting makeup quite completely. But it is very pricey for 118ml.
