Lip licking girl's new best friend
from Brooklyn, ny
About Me Natural Style
Comments about LIP & BODY Treatment Balm - 0.5 oz:
I am one of those people who cannot live without lip moisturizing several times today. I have lip balms in all of my pockets. Yet I always end up with cracked lips, chapped lips or even blisters. I got this about a week ago and my lips never looked better. My kids unfortunately inherited the same lip licking bad habit. Right before this product came in my son's lips look like he had Botox done. He had swollen red circles around his lips. Nothing was working. Put this on for him at night and next morning his lips looked so much better. Two days later his lips look like they do in the summer - nice and smooth. I am using SPF 50 PC balm mb during the day now as well.
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Best Lip Balm Ever!
from Denver, CO
About Me Classic Style
I have tried numerous lip balms on the market for my insanely dry lips. Nothing has ever worked, in fact the only products that seemed to do anything ended up causing further irritation. I purchased Paula's Choice lip balm and I could not believe there was anything out there this good. I no longer have flaky lips that burn and crack. Plus, I'm able to wear lipstick for the first time in my life, and the lipstick will last for hours. It is by far the best lip balm I have ever used!

The one that actually works
from Wadsworth IL
About Me Brand Buyer
I had been using this product twice a day for a few years. In fact, I had forgotten that my lips got chapped in the winter here in the dry cold Midwest. Then I started thinking about how much more convenient lip balm in a stick is. So I switched to Blistex. After 10 days or so my lips started getting chapped. Wondered what was going on - then I realized, I was using different lip balm. As soon as I switched back to this product the problem went away. What more could you ask?

Great for cuticles, too
from Wa state
This is great in the winter or anytime for dry lips. The men in my house love it too because it has no smell. It lasts a lot longer than many others I've tried. Probably not advertised for cuticles, but I rub it on mine at night and the skin around my nails. They get very dry from gardening and general house hold chores because I don't like wearing gloves that much.Another strange use.....my son uses this on his big toes. He recently had Ingrown nail surgery and was having very dry cuticles and skin. I rub this on at night and they are perfectly healthy now. This is great for any small and severely dry areas.

Our go-to balm for super-chapped lips
from Calgary, Alberta
This is the only lip balm I've ever used that heals lips that are so dry they are cracked and bleeding, yet one application or maybe two is all you need, and it doesn't foster a dependence on the balm. Other ones our family has used end up furthering the dryness issue, but Paula's works, and the lips stay healed. I would love to see it in a stick applicator form.

great for chapped lips
About Me Budget Buyer
This balm seems to be really effective for chapped lips. I live in a cold winter area and spend a fair amount of time outdoors. My lips constantly get chapped and cracked in winter especially. I've been putting this on my lips at night before bed, and it has really hydrated them and helps prevent cracking. It has no flavor/smell that I can detect.

Irritating ingredients and packaging
from Asheville, NC
I have been using this at night to combat chapped lips. Using Chap Stic brand, my lips feel relieved at first, but seem to peel worse later. I haven't found that to be the case with the PC lip balm. They tend to feel better the morning after I use it.There is, however, some ingredient in the mix that causes minor irritation at the back of my throat for the first 15 minutes or so of wear. Additionally, the packaging is such that it only really only makes sense to use as part of your AM or PM routine - when I am out and about in the world, I don't want to dip my fingers into a product and apply it to my mouth. I'm not a big germaphobe in general, but during cold season, you're really just asking for it.
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Worth Ordering Online
This is thicker and longer lasting than Aquaphor but just as rich. It doesn't have a taste or smell. I like that it comes in a large size. My one complaint is that the lid won't stay closed without the foam liner thing and that thing kept falling out. I had to tape it in there, haha! But this is the most intense lip balm I've tried, a must have for canadian winters!

Works! For realz. This product is amazing.
from San Francisco, CA
I take a medication that gives me wicked dry mouth. It dries my lips out and everything gets gross when I talk. I have tried so many products from budget to higher end -- I was recently using Malin + Goetz but this product blows it out of the water. For real. It really, really works. And it lasts much longer than anything else I've used. (I had to reapply the M+G all the time for it to work.) It's crazy how good this stuff is.
