Our go-to balm for super-chapped lips
from Calgary, Alberta
About Me Brand Buyer
Comments about Lip & Body Treatment Balm - 0.5 oz:
This is the only lip balm I've ever used that heals lips that are so dry they are cracked and bleeding, yet one application or maybe two is all you need, and it doesn't foster a dependence on the balm. Other ones our family has used end up furthering the dryness issue, but Paula's works, and the lips stay healed. I would love to see it in a stick applicator form.
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

great for chapped lips
About Me Budget Buyer
This balm seems to be really effective for chapped lips. I live in a cold winter area and spend a fair amount of time outdoors. My lips constantly get chapped and cracked in winter especially. I've been putting this on my lips at night before bed, and it has really hydrated them and helps prevent cracking. It has no flavor/smell that I can detect.

Irritating ingredients and packaging
from Asheville, NC
I have been using this at night to combat chapped lips. Using Chap Stic brand, my lips feel relieved at first, but seem to peel worse later. I haven't found that to be the case with the PC lip balm. They tend to feel better the morning after I use it.There is, however, some ingredient in the mix that causes minor irritation at the back of my throat for the first 15 minutes or so of wear. Additionally, the packaging is such that it only really only makes sense to use as part of your AM or PM routine - when I am out and about in the world, I don't want to dip my fingers into a product and apply it to my mouth. I'm not a big germaphobe in general, but during cold season, you're really just asking for it.
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Worth Ordering Online
This is thicker and longer lasting than Aquaphor but just as rich. It doesn't have a taste or smell. I like that it comes in a large size. My one complaint is that the lid won't stay closed without the foam liner thing and that thing kept falling out. I had to tape it in there, haha! But this is the most intense lip balm I've tried, a must have for canadian winters!

I take a medication that gives me wicked dry mouth. It dries my lips out and everything gets gross when I talk. I have tried so many products from budget to higher end -- I was recently using Malin + Goetz but this product blows it out of the water. For real. It really, really works. And it lasts much longer than anything else I've used. (I had to reapply the M+G all the time for it to work.) It's crazy how good this stuff is.

This is my favorite PC product! It can be used to hydrate lips, cuticles. I even use it on my eyebrows to keep the hair in place all day!It lasts forever too. Nothing is better than this.
Best ever for chapped lips
from Carmel, Indiana
I use this product every night before I go to bed. It's wonderful for preventing or treating chapped lips. If my lips ever get chapped, this seems to heal them very quickly. I once forgot to take it with me on vacation and my lips really dried out. It's a must have for me and I have never forgotten to take it with me again! I feel like I could skip other products that I have and be fine, but this one I need every day! When I travel, I use the little spatula and scoop out some to put in a travel sized container.

Three years ago I was diagnosed with Sjogren's Syndrome. An effect of it is dry mouth. The effects of dry mouth extends to my lips. I love wearing lipstick but after a couple of hours, my mouth looks terrible. Paula's lip balm, used twice a day, has helped greatly. My lips aren't as dry. I still don't wear lipstick but I have the lip balm; it seems to be all I need. The exfoliating lip scrub helps, too.
