Please bring back previous formula

About Me 65, Combination Skin
Comments about CALM 1% BHA Lotion Exfoliant - 3.3 oz:
I tried samples of this and it did not moisturize like the old formula. Also caused my skin to sting. I immediately stocked up on the old formula before it disappeared - estimate I have about a years supply. I know users complained about the smell of the old formula but taking out the cucumber extract in this new formula is a huge mistake. PLEASE bring back the old formula before my stockpile is depleted!!
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

About Me Dry, Occasional Breakouts, Sensitive
I can only use this once every other day. If i use it everyday, my skin gets dry. I liked the old version, which had weird smell, it was not too drying for dry skin. I think there should be seperate 1% bhas for dry and oily skin. How come the cleanser, toner and moisturizers in the calm line are for different skin types, but this should be suitable for both dry and combl/oily?? It doesen't make any sense. If it was a bit more moisturizing, it would be great product for dry skin also!! Now i think it is more suitable for combo/oily skin.

Wonderful for maintenance after 2% cleared up blackheads
About Me Beauty Expert
This is a wonderful daily maintenance BHA if you have fair, sensitive, or red skin. I started with 2% BHA and with persistence it cleared up my stubborn blackheads that would eventually turn to breakouts. I also used the BHA 9 as a spot treatment when a pimple would pop up. After all the gunk came out and my skin was normalized (it took a year) I switched to the 1% BHA because my skin no longer needed and became sensitive to the 2%. The BHS's are essential if you want your serums and moisturizers to penetrate your skin better. Love this product!

About Me Minimalist
I got recommendation from customer service after having wild reaction using BHA 2%. She said this might work as an exfoliator. I noticed it makes skin softer and glides on smoothly, but with zero result to my problem of acne. I'm stuck with just another product. I figured the whole system of Paula's choice is too harsh for my skin and made condition to worsen. Only after awakening I started to use micellar water and sensitive skin moisturizer along with dietary supplement. I see good results now.

Not effective enough...
About Me Beauty Conscious
Since my skin is dry-combo, I wanted to try to replace 2% BHA liquid with this, more gentle exfoliant. Unfortunately, this did not do anything for my skin! It doesnt feel bad on the skin, it is just useless. I get better resoults when I use 2% BHA liquid 2-3 times a week than using this everyday... If you get breakouts like me (that time of the month) this does absolutely nothing for them. Going back to BHA liquid.

The opposite of redness relief
from New York, NY
Dries my skin out and causes acne. I would say this product does the opposite of redness relief.

Did not help reduce size of pores or clear up skin. Actually made my skin break out.

I had given this a few months, hoping I'd like it. But nope-- causes my skin to feel dry and break out. Definitely a big disappointment.

Bring back the old formula
The previous formula was lightweight and perfect for my skin. I used it multiple times a day. This new formula leaves a sticky finish and does not absorb like the previous 1% lotion. Really disappointed and I will have to find a different moisturizer.

irritated my skin
By Yikes Ang
from United States
I have very dry sensitive skin with chronic eczema and occasional breakouts. I'm not sure whether I have rosacea but I have mildly red cheeks pretty much all the time, so I really wanted to try a gentle redness reducing BHA exfoliant. Another brand's redness reducing cleanser turned my cheeks red so I was hoping PC would come through for me. Unfortunately it didn't. This exfoliant exacerbated the redness of my cheeks – I looked sunburned! Luckily I'd bought a sample size so it wasn't a big deal. If you have sensitive skin, you should probably stick with the sample size to see if it irritates your skin... because it definitely might!
