Made me breakout!!
About Me Minimalist
Comments about RESIST Super Antioxidant Serum - 1 oz:
Tried a sample for a week, using nightly after toning and exfoliating. I liked the way it felt on my skin and it did make my skin appear softer. However, my acne prone skin did not react well and I ended up breaking out, especially along my chin and around my nose. Can't continue using, and I'd be careful if you have acne prone skin.
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

About Me Beauty Conscious
I use this at night 3 times a week after exfoliant and brightner. When you first put it on, one might freek and consider it to greasy but it soaks in quite quickly. On those nights when I use it my skin is considerably lighter and softer.I would love to use it in the morning but it does not mix well with my sunscreen and makes my face flakey. So I only use my PC skin recovery moisturizer under sunscreen. It is also the only PC product with vitamin C I can tolerate.
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

I love the Resist line of products and felt it was time to bring in the serum...well this was a mistake for my skin. It sat on my skin feeling greasy, and then resulted in my eyes watering like crazy each time I used it. I had to scrub it off and rinse my eyes out with drops! I kept trying (I hated to waste this much money) and kept getting the same results (ridiculous on my part). It does not work for me at all - which is baffling considering I can and do use the Retinol and BHA, AHA products easily. There is something in this that I must be quite allergic to.

I used the product at night right after washing my face. The texture is closer to liquid and applies easily but this is mostly due to the silicone. Right after application, I can feel this product just sitting on my skin. I'm not a fan of silicones but I thought I would give this a try based on the ingredients and reviews. After a week of use, I had to stop because I couldn't stand the feeling. Within that week time, I didn't notice any change in my skin.

I wouldn't call it greasy
from Houston, Texas
I do like this serum. Several reviewers said it is greasy, but it's not the word I would use to describe the texture. It is thick/slippery but immediately absorbs and is not greasy at all to me. It LOOKS oily momentarily, but doesn't feel like oil. It's a very different feel, not unpleasant once you try it and see that it immediately completely disappears.

The product feels good on and did make my skin look better; but, caused itchy, puffy eyes. I thought the allergy issue was something environmental until I stopped using this for a few days, then started again. I am very allergic to silicone in cosmetics, especially near my eyes. Unfortunately, I didn't think a "treatment" product would contain silicone. I will check more carefully in the future.

Works on my ultra-sensitive skin

About Me Beauty Expert
I was worried I may not be able to tolerate this product since my skin i easily irritated due to a hormone issue. If my skin seems to be too "reactive" I resort the calm serum, otherwise I alternate between this serum and the skin recovery serum at night. I like that this has some vitamin C which I usually cannot tolerate, but I can with this brilliant PC formula! This beautiful, silky hydration offers silky hydration in addition to the antioxidant benefits which is wonderful for my dry skin! I noticed some reviews state this serum has "sticky" texture, but I love that texture which feels soothing to my skin. Shortly after application you don't notice the texture on my skin any longer since the skin drinks it in... I use so many products from PC so I cannot say which product is providing which results, but I can say that I feel secure knowing this is providing antioxidant protection without fragrance, nor alcohols. I recommend this serum as well as the SR serum to everyone I know. I hope it is here to stay in the PC line.

A must in my routine
from Middletown, CT
I have used and loved this product for a few years now, and I use it every night as the last step in my routine. I even put it on my lips (though not the intended use) and it makes them wonderfully smooth and hydrated. I get discouraged when I read other reviews where it didn't work for people and wonder what else they might be doing to their skin to cause problems (e.g. sun damage from unprotected skin, other harsh products not recommended by Paula's Choice). I'm 41 and people tell me all the time I look like I'm in my 20's. I love Paula's Choice products and will continue to use this, and all other PC products.

A Little annoyed
from San Diego CA
Love the product! I have been using it for years but lately every time I go to order it is OUT OF STOCK. Surely the powers that be at Paula's Choice can figure out the supply and demand issues. Not a happy customer.

Works well when used only once a day
I have been using this product for about a year and could tell a difference in my skin as some wrinkles seem finer and my overall skin tone seems more even. I started out using the serum once in the morning and evening. I noticed a slight redness in the cheek area and thought the serum may be the culprit so I am using it only at night, only once a day and the redness has disappeared. The serum is very greasy but after a few minutes after soaking in I don't feel the greasy effect.
