not for the eye area
About Me Beauty Conscious
Comments about RESIST Ultra-Light Antioxidant Serum - 1 oz:
This product is small and expensive, so I bought it primarily for my under-eye area, which is the only area where I show signs of aging anyway. The first time I tried this serum, I applied it all around the eye, which was a mistake, as my lids really couldn't take it. Under my eyes it seemed to be more or less okay. The second time I tried it, I only applied it under my eyes, and it did sting a little, so I will not use it anymore. What's interesting is that not only does this serum burn upon initial application, it starts burning again when I apply my moisturizer (I use Olay Pro-X Eye Restoration Complex). Apparently something in the serum interacts with the cream causing such a reaction. I will be returning this.
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Like but wonder about combined ingredients
By Mellie Anne
from Raleigh, NC
This serum feels great going on and stays that way all day. (Wouldn't be moisturizing enough for normal-to-dry skin). I like that it contains a powerhouse of active ingredients. However, I am concerned about its having both Vitamin C and Niacinamide. We are now being advised, by various sources, not to combine the two. Also, I wonder if the reaction between the two ingredients is what causes the yellow color that some reviewers have written about. I haven't seen yellow on my face with this product, fwiw. Still, I would feel better if this product used Niacinamide only. Then I could use Vitamin C at a different time of day. I like to use Vitamin C as a separate product anyway, so I can temporarily discontinue its use if I have irritation, OR step it up if I'm tolerating it well.

About Me Beauty Conscious, Minimalist
I started using this a few weeks ago everyday in the AM & PM and I think it's great! This definitely helps at night to pair with any retinol treatments. For day use, it seems to really work well with the SPF 50 as well and provides a certain glow. A little goes a long way and it spreads smoothly & evenly and I love the light scent. Will definitely be purchasing some more.

Awesome, but pricey
from Vancouver, Canada
I use it twice a day, I have combination skin and this is plenty moisturizing, especially if you have oily skin. Don't know about fine lines, but this makes my skin feel soft. However, the tube is extremely small, and this isn't one of those things where a little goes a long way. I need a lot (relatively) of the product to cover my entire face and there's only 30mls of it. That amount of money for that amount of product is extremely pricey.

Holy grail for my Oily, yet thirsty skin

About Me Picky Value Buyer
I learned about hydrators vs. moisturizers from one of MadeYewLook's skincare videos. I use a few drops of product all over my face and eye area after toning and exfoliating, and before moisturizing or any silicone-heavy serums. During the winter, or if I'm using salicylic acid + Benzoyl Peroxide treatments, this stuff is indispensable. There is an obvious difference when I use it. It immediately sinks into my skin, and I stop getting that dry "cracking" feeling when I stretch my face. With continued use, I've seen a noticeable improvement in my skin's ability to fight off both cystic and surface acne, and my skin is less sensitive, too. Worth every dollar. Please don't change the formula!

Excellent, but so pricey now
This serum works great. I have combination skin that's prone to breakouts, but this never causes acne or makes my skin greasy. I would highly recommend it, however, I'm no longer sure it's really worth it given expensive it's gotten. I've used it for a long time, but it's nearly $10 more now than it was when I first started purchasing it. It doesn't last all that long, but if you can afford it then definitely give it a try!

I use this daily and do not need a moisturizer. I highly recommend it for sensitive, acne prone skin.

Great but packaging is not good
from Los Angeles
This is a fantastically light, silky serum and I use it daily. it helps makes my skin sone smoother and more even. However, Paula, please change the packaging!! The cap is narrow so it is hard to keep this tube standing up in the cupboard. It tips over constantly, which is irritating to the point that I am thinking of not buying again. Please make the cap bigger so this thing stands up properly. This goes for all these antioxidant serums!

Lightweight and soothing
About Me Skin Care Professional
This serum was very lightweight and applied beautifully on my skin. It's easy to use and I really feel like it helps fight off all the free radical damage I've accumulated throughout the day. I'm acne-prone but haven't noticed this to cause any particular breakouts. I would definitely recommend this to a friend!
