This product is 100% fragrance- and colorant-free.
Who is this product for?
Close Comfort Shave Gel is recommended for men and women regardless of skin type. May also be used to shave the scalp if desired.

Key Ingredients:
chamomile, willow herb, aloe vera, glycerin, green tea
Product Ingredients:
Water, Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice (water-binding agent), Glycerin (skin-identical ingredient), Polysorbate-20 (thickener), Ethoxydiglycol (solvent), Epilobium Angustifolium (Willow Herb) Flower/Leaf/Stem Extract (anti-irritant), Chamomilla Recutita (Matricaria) Flower Extract. Camellia Oleifera (Green Tea) Leaf Extract, (anti-irritants/antioxidants), Bisabolol (anti-irritant), PPG-12 Buteth-16 (emulsifier), Glycol Stearate (thickener), Carbomer (gel-based thickener), Triethanolamine (pH-adjustor), Copper PCA (skin-conditioning agent), Phenoxyethanol, Caprylyl Glycol (preservatives), Ethylhexylglycerin (skin-conditioning agent), Hexylene Glycol (solvent).
DIRECTIONS: Apply to damp skin and shave as usual, rinsing the blade between strokes. This gel formula does not foam or lather. Rinse or splash gel from skin after shaving. Follow with Paula's Choice Redness Relief Treatment, a Paula's Choice sunscreen with SPF 15 or greater for daytime, or moisturizer for nighttime.
Does Close Comfort Shave Gel foam?
No. The formula doesn't contain propellants to create a foamy texture. Instead, Close Comfort Shave Gel has a concentrated formula with a thick, easy-to-spread gel texture.
How much do I need to use?
If you're a man about to shave his face, a nickel-sized amount should be sufficient to cover the beard area with a thin layer or gel. If you're a woman about to shave her legs, we recommend at least a quarter-sized amount per leg. Add more Close Comfort Shave Gel as needed or based on personal preference.
