Wow, wOW

I was way too excited to try this for months, and it's even better than I expected. I've tried every other PC mineral sunscreen, for both oily and dry skin, and this is just it. It's luxurious, glowy, smooth, AND it's protecting me from the nasty NYC air. Ugh. With just a little concealer and blush, I look like I'm right out of a Glossier ad. For cooler days, I wear another moisturizer under it. It's probably too heavy for summer wear for me, but we'll see. I'm looking forward to seeing how it does on my dry winter skin. So far, SO good.

Highly Recommend This Moisturizer With Sunscreen

I have been using the Skin Recovery Moisturizer for a long time. I wanted to try the new Defense Glow Moisturizer and after using it for the past few weeks I am very pleased with the results The feel is light, moisturizing and gives a soft glow. Great for dry skin too....I like that it has SPF 30 and is perfect under make-up. This will be a new favorite in my daily routine.

Best mineral untinted sunscreen in PC lineup

I purchased the travel size version to try it out and ended up ordering the full size. Here are my impressions so far: - It comes out of the tube with a gray tint - It feels a bit like spackle going on, but is easy to spread - Doesn't leave the typical white cast, but is still slightly discernible - Once it sets, it doesn't feel quite weightless- oily skins may not like it; great if you have slightly dry to slightly oily skin, though. It worked well on my skin as spf/moisturizer combo. - It does leave a sheen/glow, which is very pretty, because it creates a dewy complexion I layered Neutrogena Glow Sheers (the best Barely There Sheer Matte tint replacement I could find so far, but a far cry from it... PLEASE BRING BACK THIS AMAZING PRODUCT) over a base layer of DEFENSE and the finish was beautiful (no highlighter needed!). I also used it as mid-day reapplication and had no issues with pilling or cast. The glow was very nice, but slightly exaggerated imperfections with nothing over it to blur them. Overall, a very good product and I prefer it over Hydralight and CALM. The ingredient profile is also unlike anything else I have in my skincare lineup. For reference, my skin type: sensitive, oily in the summers, combo (slightly dry to slightly oily) in the colder months, large pores, blackheads, some fine lines and redness. I also have dry patches from tretinoin use.

The BEST moisturizer.., I mean Suncreen!!

It's been a long time since I felt compelled to write a review on a product but this one is just so exceptional I had to. When I first pit this on I actually said aloud "oh my gosh, this is amazing!" I didn't even realize my skin was in an irritated state until I felt the soothing hydrating effect of this sunscreen. It just feels so good and luxurious. The fact that it ALSO has sunscreen in it, blows my mind. I don't know how the PC team did it, but it's the best sunscreen I've ever tried. I've even used a few other PC sunscreens and this formula is the best. And it works do beautifully under makeup! No pulling, no white cast, just a plumped glow. I am 42, light skinned Caucasian with combo skin prone to clogged pores and hormonal cystic acne.

My perfect sunscreen/moisturizer!

I used to have severely dry skin and loved the Resist Daily Defense moisturizer for its moisture and glowy finish. Since going off birth control however, my skin has become far more normal/combination. My problem was that all the moisturizers were either too greasy on me or far too matte on my skin. I love this in-between level of hydration and glowy finish! I thought it would be perfect if only it was a mineral sunscreen....then read the bottle and realized it was! Perfection! A white cast is an unavoidable part of mineral sunscreens and some will want a tint and others won't. Can't please everyone; but this girl is happy!!

Lovely product

I have been using the PC Hydralight sunscreen for several years. Although I loved the Hydralight texture upon application, I found that it was a little bit drying throughout the course of the day for my combo and dehydrated skin. I also found that because it was a bit drying, my makeup would not sit well on top of it. A PC representative recommended the Glow sunscreen due to the texture, and their recommendation was spot on. This sunscreen is silky and lovely to apply. Although it leaves a slight glow, it is not greasy and it sinks in pretty well. It is not super hydrating, but it is hydrating enough that my skin does not dry out by midday. I like to apply it over a light lotion, but it also works well over the PC Omega serum (another fantastic product). This sunscreen performs well under powder and liquid foundation. I would not say that it is perfect under foundation, but it is as close to perfect as I've found. I think I have a new favorite sunscreen!

This stuff is GAME CHANGING

I love, love, love this moisturizer. Every morning I put it on I think about how I need to write a review ASAP to spread the word. I've used Paula's Choice products for about five years. I used to need the more acne focused lines, but have recently been looking for one that promotes healthy skin. This line does just that. The moisturizer is nice and light but still effective. It instantly changes the look of my skin and makes it more tight and glowy I think PC hit it out of the park with this line - it focuses on healthy, glowy skin through the power of good ingredients and antioxidants. LOVE IT!

I bought this as an experimental sunscreen assuming I wouldn't be crazy about it because of the glow. It's actually gorgeous. I substitute Paula's serum spf 30 for this when I'm in the mood for a very subtle glow. I have not noticed any lingering white cast whatsoever. Another outstanding product by this fabulous company.

This makes me want to wear sunscreen

I *know* I should wear sunscreen but it's been so hard for me to find a sunscreen that I actually want to use on a daily basis. This is not only not "sunscreen-y" but it's also just a beautiful moisturizer with such a nice glow. I love that it's 2-in-1 and it might have a slight white cast but I have light-medium skin and I really don't notice it. Doesn't make me breakout and I love that it's a mineral sunscreen. Would definitely repurchase.
