Product Does Not Do Anything!

This product did nothing & every product I have used of Paula's products are amazing. I tried to explain the situation to the agent & she just gave me the run around. Will not deal with Paula,s Choice again.

Burns, very irritating

I was really excited to try this, but unfortunately my skin had a horrible reaction to it. It burned immediately. It then left red circles around my eyes (like a chemical burn) that took a few days to heal.

Made a huge difference for me

5

I've been using this every morning for about a month or so, and I use the eye cream at night. In combination I've noticed a *huge* difference in the firmness, appearance of wrinkles, and brightness of my under eye area. I have very sensitive skin, and am prone to eczema around my eyelid area, and both the gel and cream seem to help. The gel works best for puffiness, so that's why I use it in the morning. Super easy to apply and sinks right in. The cream works better for firmness/moisture. People make a big deal out of PC offering an eye cream, but some of us with sensitive and combo skin really need something different for around the eyes! Thanks, PC!

Holy Grail -- LOVE THIS! But...

I LOVE this product! At night, I apply serums/actives first to my eye area, let them set completely, then apply PC Eye Gel. After I finish with the rest of my face, I gently dab (don't rub!) my regular moisturizer (sorry, PC, not one of yours) on top of this. In the mornings I do not apply actives around my eyes; just this anti-aging gel followed by my moisturizer. I do makeup for my eyes last (I know, I'm an oddball) which gives both plenty of time to set. Normally I am NOT a fan of gimicky applicators, but I actually really love this metal tip! It stays cool and feels amazing, especially reducing puffy feel under eyes. Just have to be careful to have the right amount of product on the tip, so I don't drag the skin accidentally. It took a few days to figure out what the right amount of product was for me, but I love the tube with applicator -- it works really, really well for me. My fine lines are softer, and the "crepey" look was instantly reduced. I am THRILLED with this product. The only thing it lacks is some serious moisture (but I don't think they could add the level of moisture my skin needs and have it perform the same), but I'm 100% fine with that. It's no big deal to add my standard eye cream on top. And I can tell a huge difference between using just my eye cream and using PC Eye Gel with it. Love it!

Huge Rash

1

I love Paula's Choice products but this one is terrifying. It left a giant red rash under my left eye (the right eye became slightly red too) which is still struggling to heal. The rash is beet red, quite large and has white dry flaky skin. Through the process of elimination ive determined that this eye gel is what caused it. Its terrifying, can someone explain why this happened.

Burns

Burns. Period. Long time fan of PC but this is a NO. Maybe that glycol as the 3rd ingredient! Alcohol. Very disappointing

Its just ok

So I was reading some of the reviews and wow the claims. Not sure where or how they are possible. This is just a lightweight gel that feels cool on the eye. anything cold will depuff and a gel helps. otherwise this is not a wrinkle solver or an alternative to any surgery/filler like some claim. One thing I am confused about is why Paula is now making all these products she was so agains for many years. Eye cream, gel....? I use all the products around my eyes. there are some great formulas on paulas choice but this is nothing but a nice gel. if you have deep wrinkles you will need a cream over this product

Burning sensation; did not work for me.

1

I'm new to Paula's Choice and this was one of my first products, along with some samples, a skin brightening serum, and a Retinol product, which I love. The skin around my eyes has begun to actually *fall*, so that there is a horizontal line of eyelid in front of the top quarter of my eye. I had been using Argan oil there, but have come to accept that I need something more. This was my first attempt, and I couldn't get over the burning sensation this product gave me--it eventually went away, and there wasn't any redness or other sign of irritation, but between the burning sensation on the skin around my eyes and the fact that it didn't seem to have an effect after a couple of weeks of use, I am returning it. The other PC eye product sounds like it may be too thick for my skin, so I'm going with an otc caffeine cream for now.

Love it!

I haven't noticed anything about wrinkles ( I'm 31 and have laugh lines) but I gave it 5 stars because I was amazed at how my dark circles completely disappeared! One day I was just putting my make up on and realized I don't even need a concealer because my under eye area is not dark anymore! And that's been a huge problem for a while, I go through concealers so fast because I always have to cover up my dark circles.

Really like this product!!

5

I've been using this for 6 months and really see a difference in my under eye area! I have very crepy skin and this moisturizes well without being heavy or greasy, my BB cream blends into it well too! I do also use the resist skin firming line minimizer around my eyes, which I see is being discontinued, but like the eye gel best I think anyways. I will be getting a free trial of the eye cream and am excited to compare, but had originally purchased the gel based on reviews. I get a lot of compliments on my skin from skin care professionals and attribute it to my 5+ years of using PC products, love this line and its been far better than the more expensive brands I used to use.
