Love It

I used to have such dry, tight skin but this makes my skin feel super clean yet hydrated.

All around perfect cleaner!

If it ain't broke, don't fix it! This has been my sole cleanser since it came into existence and I usually buy the BIG bottles so I never run out. (Or stock up on sales) What's not to Love? Takes my Makeup off Including Washable Eye Make up Simply/Effectively, Cleanses without Stripping/Drying, Gentle, Moisturizing without Oiliness or Residue. And I follow up with another Winner...Skin Recovery Enriched Calming Toner twice a day which is a Must Have also of mine. I don't get the responses of awful smell? Really not much of an anything smell to it. Bad batch maybe? Here's hoping the New Kids on the Block won't mess with this fabulous combo!

Calms my rosacea/acne-prone combination skin!

I love this cleanser! I originally ordered the tester size just to try it out. I have combination skin and am prone to breaking out/redness and inflammation. While I do use acne cleansers, they can be drying and harsh on my sensitive skin. This cleanser removes makeup, nourishes and hydrates, and leaves my skin feeling smooth and soft. I think it has also helped my acne by calming my skin's irritation!

Great for sensitive skin!

I love this product! I have seborrhoeic dermatitis and have an excruciating time finding cleansers that don't burn my skin and leave it feeling tight. I have purchased this four times and will continue to use this product. I recently tried PC's CALM Redness Relief Cleanser and it left my skin burning and feeling tight. So, I'm going back to this cleanser! It does an OK job removing makeup, but will not remove all my makeup by itself. Personally, I do not consider this a con. Highly recommended!

Favorite cleanser!

I love this cream cleanser! It's gentle and lightweight and leaves my skin feeling refreshed! It's eleven strong enough to remove most makeup, however I still use a makeup remover before cleansing.

Perfection for my dry skin!

I've used this soothing cleanser as long as Paula's been making it, and nothing else compares for my dry skin. Takes off all makeup completely, but gently, and leaves my skin soft and refreshed. No residue, no tightness, no dryness.

Gentle cleanser

This cleanser never leaves my skin feeling stripped, just clean and soft. I do have to use eye makeup remover but that's to be expected with some tough mascara. I have combo skin and have used this for years, the best cleanser!

A basic, but effective standby

This is one of the cleansers that I like to have on hand while I'm trying new products in case something sensitizes my skin. This doesn't leave my skin feeling tight and itchy like all gel cleansers do. It doesn't feel greasy in my oily areas either, I just use less layers of hydrating and moisturizing products there.

My HG cleanser for umpteen years

This is the cleanser I have used for my uber-sensitive rosacea skin for most of the last 15 years. Many other cleansers turn me red or feel stripping/drying. This cleanser leaves my skin calm and clean. I love it and will never use anything else unless it is discontinued or reformulated to include something I'm sensitive to.

Love it, love it even more with a muslin cloth

I've been using this for about a year now and I love it for my sensitive skin. I use it in with morning in the shower and sometimes at night when removing makeup. Sometimes I need a little extra help with removing long-wear makeup first, but otherwise if allowed to sit for a bit it does a good job of fulling cleaning my face. I like it now more that I have started using it with a muslin cloth. Press warm cloth into the face first, apply the cleanser, allow to sit for a minute, steam and massage face with the warm cloth, removing the remainder with a quick rinse.
